very friendly staff, super helpful!we got in quite early. exhausted after 15 hours flight. they were very kind to let us have a room right away (probably we would've gotten a better room if we had waited, but we were just too tired to wait another minute) the room we had this time was a little worn. but the bed is comfortable and a/c works, and room is clean. 😊

We only stayed for one night and picked this hotel for convenience for us as was close to airport and close to the bus station we needed for the next day. When we arrived the lady on reception was very helpful. Our room was spacious and good value for money. They have a room on 2nd floor with free coffee/tea and noodles but we didn’t use. They also have a free shuttle service that runs until about 8pm that takes you to various places such as the lotus and the union mall. I saw a couple of reviews that mentioned trouble with grab drivers but we had two and neither of them charged us extra or found it a problem picking/dropping us off. They also have free Netflix to use in the room which was nice.

This hotel was a very nice surprise. I booked it because it was cheap and near an mrt line and the mochit van terminal. The service was wonderful. We arrived slightly early, but the front desk allowed us to wait in their common room which has snacks and coffee available 24/7. The coffee was a good Nescafé machine, too. The room itself was bigger than online pictures made it seem. They also offer a free shuttle to the mrt station and a few other locations. Great value.

Best of the best..! Spacious room and clean. Walkable distance to Jodd fairs Dan Neramit, Lotus, Union Mall, Laundry, MRT station and Ladprao Mall. They also have shuttle for free to take you to Union Mall and Lotus. Easy to find street food inside and outside Lotus…
Staff was helpful and speak English well.
On 2nd floor you have coffee and cup noodles for free, but please don’t forget to clean you table after use to appreciate their perfect services..

Enjoy the self service bar most,have snacks anytime you want.
There is a 24h self laundry shop nearby,can dry your clothes at the room balcony.

Only stayed for one night but the hotel was nice and clean, great bathroom, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Would stay here again and highly recommend.. hotel is situated close to Union Mall and a lotus superstore.

Nice apartment near the bts station. I liked the location very much. You can walk to the Jodd Fair market within minutes or to various supermarkets.

One of the best hotels. Staffs are very friendly.. The 2nd floor is the best place to just sit and talk and have snacks and breakfast. It is complimentary and has self service. Timely cleanliness. Near to Union mall, Central world mall and lotus mall. They provide free transportation to these malls. Laundry services are available but it is self service. You need to insert coins. It was fun. I loved the hotel.

This is a great hotel that is near 2 malls and a park. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the MRT and different stops along the way like a 7 eleven, food market, and lotus’s. I didn’t mind walking to some places when it came close to sundown and the reception staff couldn’t comprehend why I would opt to walk when there was a free shuttle service lol.

The rooms were nice and spacious and were cleaned everyday. Giant bottled water was stocked every day, even if you didn’t finish drinking them all! I had several maintenance issues with the shower (one of the knobs were broken), AC (it was leaking), and flies coming from the shower drain BUT each of those issues were solved RIGHT AWAY in a swift and effective manner! So much so that I forgot they were even issues!

My stay here was very pleasant and I would return again the next time I visit Bangkok!

This hotel is definitely a must-try for everyone. Just when you thought you were just looking for simplicity and comfort, chatuchak hotel will actually offer you more! Its approachable staff, amazing facilities and great food will surely make you give them a big thumbs up!

The location is good for Lat Phrao albeit a bit of a walk away from the main road. Perfect fit if you’re looking for a studio apartment unit.
Front desk service is excellent. However room cleanup is apparently done in the late afternoon.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Very nice and friendly staff. Will clean your room daily if you’d like. The room was a little small but still had everything I needed. The lounge on level two is very nice. It’s not far a walk from the MRT or BTS the free tug tug shuttle was nice. Definitely would stay here again. The AC was a little loud in the room and directed straight to the bed but that was really my only complaint

I seldom give full stars of my reviews, here you are !!! This is one of the best hotel i ever stayed in Bangkok with this range of pricing. Although a bit far from Bangkok city, in fact not really far off because it near Chatuchak market. Location of this hotel is in a small road call Soi 1 off from the main road but no worry !!! The hotel provide free shuttle service from 8am to 7pm that brings you to the nearest street foods, convenient stores, BTS & MRT station, Union mall and Lotus, sound interesting right? yes, it is absolutely free !!!

Nice warm welcome and greetings from the front desk lady when checking-in, my thought is she should be the boss who are working as front desk, otherwise, it will be a staff that treat this Hotel as her own business or so. Early check-in was granted and well, thank you very much !!! Level 2 have free flow of snacks, hot chocolate, coffee & tea. you can actually sit there for a few bites & drinks while planning where to go for the journey on your days at morning time.

Hotel is with modern & classy design which i personally like it so much, the room is big enough & cleaned, it has a kitchen sink down there & large fridge, bed is comfy, two free 1.5L big bottles of water are provided daily, toilet is cleaned as well. The only con is that the air-con is freaking cold !!! Haha ...

Oh, they also have a balcony that you can have some breeze air and hanging your wet clothes but not for smoking 🥰, smoker like me have to go down and smoke at the smoking area that hotel provided just outside of the carpark, well, this is another con also, Haha...

Extremely well run. The good folks at the front desk are attentive, thoughtful, and helpful. The common room on the second floor is well appointed: one half as a lounge area and the other half for breakfast (with 24 hour Nespresso machine running) and the doors to the common room not shut, showing trust and affording convenience.

The decor in the room is modern, tidy, and clean. The lights well placed and BRIGHT. A bit small though, sort of like some hotels in Hong Kong. If there is one thing to avoid, it would be venturing out on foot through the narrow alleys in which the motorcycle drivers take pride in their driving skills, though not necessarily admired by those on foot.

But Apartelle has thought of everything: they provide a golf cart to the nearby Lotus where there are taxis and buses. In the morning rush hour, taxis would not come to the hotel. Yet I was able to catch a bus (#3, #77 or #138) to the Mochit bus station for my next travel.

Booked Apartelle due tonits location near Chatuchak and thru good reviews. Wasn't disappointed at all. I was greeted the day when they were maintaining their lift but i was offered the service to assist with my luggage. The welcome and politeness of Mew at the frontdesk was welcoming. She speaks good English too. The whole team were polite and courteous during my 4 nights there. Room was well made and clean. Bathroom was a liitle small for me but it was a minor issue. The buggy that takes you to the nearest mall, train station or shopping was very convenient and efficient. The area has a few good spots for street food, grocery and massages. The walk I take from Union Mall after dinner is quite and pleasant and safe too. It was an almost perfect stay for me as i didn't want a hotel in the midst of bars and hype. If you don't mind a little walk or quiet, this is the place! Will be back for sure!

I loved this hotel! Really kind staff and a lovely common area. The best part, though, was the room. I upgraded slightly to the executive room and I highly recommend it! Spacious with a wonderful layout. The bath amenities and towels were of high quality as were the room appointments and decor. Very luxurious and spacious with conveniences such as a smart TV, vanity, small kitchen, huge complimentary water, reading light, etc. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm on BKK 😁

The room is new and clean.. even they provide transportation to nearest supermarket which is also nearby BTS / MRT station.. best choice
