V38 Fitness

This place is one of, if not the best gym in Bangkok! Not only do they have state-of-the-art equipment (they've got an altitude chamber, never-ending swimming pool and sauna!), the whole place is clean and of Western standard, and the staff are really knowledgeable and really friendly too.

It's family owned, so you'll be treated well and made to feel very welcome, and because they are dedicated to really helping you get the results you want, you will truly enjoy your time there. I have become very fit and am the strongest I've ever been from training here, and have learnt a lot in their classes, particularly Muay Thai, Boxing and Altitude Spinning.

We travel a lot and have used quite a few gyms throughout Asia, never totally expecting to find anywhere as good as what's near us at home in LA. But this gym totally surprised us -- the facilities are state of the art, the equipment new and clean, the staff treat you like family, and the classes are small and well taught. And it's only $40 for a week of unlimited gym time and classes, including yoga and HIIT. Great value, great experience.

Easily one of the best (and Cleanest) places in Bangkok to go and train, As someone who tries to get in a workout at least 5 times a week this is the ultimate place for me to mix things up a bit and stop boredom from kicking in, Including a never ending swimming pool a fully equipt weight training room, stretch/yoga area; they even have a altitude spinning room for when I really want to mix things up.
As a beginner of Muay Thai and generally any martial art the lessons are extremely beneficial to my workout, having noticed extreme change in my strength and stamina and generally one of the most enjoyable hours of fitness I think their is.

I highly recommend this gym if you are looking for a place where you can get both a great traning from proffessionals who are really looking after you and a nice place to relax as the v38 not only have a sauna but an awesome swimming pool as well. I enjoyed the time I have spent there, one of the best gyms in Bangkok!

L’accueil du personnel est remarquable très souriant et sympathique. J ai demandé à réserver un taxi avec eux le chauffeur était en avance . La chambre était très propre, mignon . C’est vraiment un prix abordable. Je recommande chaleureusement.

สถานที่สวย ร่มรื่น private สุดๆ เหมาะกับคนชอบออกกำลังกาย โคชที่นี่น่ารักมาก
