THE BEST LUXURY CAR RENTAL COMPANY IN BANGKOK! We needed a car urgently and a female member of staff couldn’t have done anymore for us to help us out. She negotiated the price with us, showed us our options, very, very accommodating. Responding at the last minute. Just amazing. Then when we picked up & dropped the car off, the other staff we met were so friendly, polite and helpful. The car was also so beautiful, driving around Bangkok was a fun experience. All round, an amazing day. This company helped relieve so much stress. We’ll definitely be using Richcars again in the future. Thank you so much for all your help ka 🙏🏽

Very professional and friendly service. I contacted the service rep through Line app and everything was organised in English. My car was delivered and picked up from my hotel as part of the rental fee for convenience. The deposit fee which will be refunded if no accidents occur can be expensive so make sure you have this amount available otherwise you can't rent the car by just paying the daily fee.

I rented an E class from them while my own car was in the shop. They delivered and picked up the car right from my condo. I forgot to refuel it before drop off and they refueled for me it at cost and refunded the balance of my deposit straight away. Overall a seamless experience - would recommend.

คราวที่แล้ว เช่าmustangไปเชียงใหม่ ตอนคืนรถลืมกระเป๋าสตางค์ไว้บนรถ ขอบคุณคุณบีและเจ้าหน้าที่และพนักงานส่งรถทุกคนที่ประสานงานจนผมได้กระเป๋าสตางค์กลับคืนครับ ประทับใจมากๆเลยครับ

ทุกครั้งที่กลับมาจากต่างประเทศไ่ต้องกังวลไม่ต้องรอgrabและง้อtaxiสนามบินรถมารอตรงเวลาพนักงานมารอตั้งแต่ออกจากgateรถสะอาดสบายใจมากๆเลยครับจะใช้บริการเรื่อยๆเลยครับ
