My daughter took your bus yesterday. 22.10 from Mo Chit to Prasat Surin. It arrived at 0600. I will compliment ALL your staff for considering safety over speed. Better to get there late than not at all. Two hours lost, is nothing but an annoyance. I wish you all the best for 2567.

I have travelled Hua Hin - BKK and return about 10 times. All trips have been comfortable and excellent. I have never experienced any anti-westerner behaviour at any stage. I understand Thai language and have not hrard anything critical of westerners either.

Super easy to book 2 round trip bus tickets for this company from Bangkok to Chiang Mai on 12goasia. Cost was ~$29.00 one way per person. Buses were clean and comfortable. Snacks and water also provided. Announcements are done in Thai so it is easy for foreigners to miss important information. For instance, we had no idea that passengers get a complimentary hot noodle & gravy meal at the food stop. We just lucked into it by chance. Hint: look for the sign shown in the picture and show the lady your ticket. Hey it’s not bad for free!

We booked the bus at Mae Hong Son Bus Station to Bangkok. Bus left at 16:29 like it was supposed to. The bus and toilet was clean, wet wipes and toilet roll also available. The chairs were comfortable and reclined (we paid for supreme bus - best standard) and we had a blanket provided which was in a sealed bag. Aircon was powerful so wrap up warm - beats being in a hot bus though! We got snacks (chocolate bars, juice, water and crisps) around 8pm which was quite late and I had to ask when we would eat. We had a meal ticket included in the price but by 11pm the bus still had not stopped and I fell asleep by that point so never actually ate the free meal or gave in my meal ticket coupon - another thing which was a shame as being on the bus from 4pm and knowing you get a free meal but then the bus not stopping for a hot meal for over 7 hours could be improved. Quite pricey for the bus 1263 baht per person but would definitely ride with this company again and recommend to others

Comfortable bus, but very strange idea to give snacks in the morning. Normally bus stops each few hours, this doesn't. As result my friend didn't eat anything since previous breakfast. Snacks in the evening could be better on arrival I can buy it myself

Traveled twice with them on there supreme bus and the journey was very comfortable (Bangkok-Chang Mai). From on boarding, seat comfort, snacks, bus punctuality everything was of top notch. Deducting 1 star as I felt the helper in bus should understand english as literally we couldn't communicate anything with her. Rest all is ok.

Comfortable seats with installed massage option, just a little too cold through the whole journey, important to bring warm clothing, all spoken info on loudspeaker is only in Thai, had a goodnight sleep in the night bus from Chiang Mai to Bangkok.

새로 지었는지 깨끗하고 현대적이에요.
왠만한 한국 시외버스터미널보다 깔끔할 것 같아요.
터미널 앞에 가볍게 식사할 수 있는 곳과 커피 마실 곳도 있어요.
