Lots of machines, nice air circulation design. Feel comfortable even no aircon.

I used day pass as I just dropped by whenever I came back home.
Flexible open and closed timing ,so convenient!
You either start as early like 7 am till 11 pm on weekdays ,depends on ur daily errands.
All are good,I am looking forward to coming back here again 💋

It’s an open gym with giant fans from the ceiling and around the space to keep a nice breeze and has all the equipment you need. Not crowded at all. Even around prime time between 18:30 and 20:00 it’s doable. I normally do my routine from 15:00 till 18:00.

Parking is free in front of gym but when busy just park on the side road. You can get free trial for 3 days to try things out. They have personal trainers to get you in shape and workshops are available per day.

Perfect gym. Everything you need is here!
