Super great gym. You have to go into the building and walk past the badminton court. Don’t let the outside deter you. This gym is 60 thb per day. Fantastic value. Has everything you could need. Dumbbells up to 50kg and plenty of bumper plates for deadlifts etc. friendly staff and cool atmosphere. Open air with fans. Great for getting a solid sweat.

Downsides are the plates are all over the place and the machines are packed in and not a lot of space to move around. But over all absolutely worth a visit.

Water, coconut water and Coke Zero for sale. No water fountain.

Also some cool marvel gear and Ironman paraphernalia. Plus if you are lucky you can meet the gym mascot, “Dumbell” 😂

Your typical hole in the wall gym. No air conditioning. Plenty of weights. Only a few people there at 1pm.

This gym is without a doubt the best in the area. For only 60 baht you can train any muscle group. The amount of sports equipment is more than enough. Definitely 5 stars.

Great local gym in the public gymnasium. Has a ton of equipment and free weights. Friendly staff. Cheap protein shakes for sale also

ฟิตเนสราคาประหยัดเป็นกันเองมากกกๆ ทั้งเทรนเนอร์ทั้งราคารายเดือนถือว่าถูกสุดๆ

เป็นยิมที่ ค่อนข้างอบอุ่น ครับ
มีเครื่องที่ครบรส มีหลายอย่างให้เล่น
มีบริการที่ดีเยี่ยม ทุกๆคน มีสังคมที่ดี
เป็นมิตรเหมือนกับครอบครัว
ข้างหลังยิม มีป้ายที่สามารถ
ทำได้เห็น คือเปิดประตู
