There are famous Buddha Footprints in Thailand you must see in Saraburi... One is Wat Phra Phutthabat...

Stairway to the Buddha Footprint is beautiful... Nice details architecture of the building interior...There are Chinese shrines and Thai spirit and Hindu God statues around the Buddha Footprint building...

After you are seeing and prying at the Buddha Footprint you should go to the uphill...
There is a nice view point at top of the mountain which is about 7-10 Minutes walking from Buddha Footprint..
Don't forget to take some drinking water...

After you seeing things at Pagoda you may go to a local market is near the carparking area and you can buy some souvenir, try local snacks and drinks...

Beautiful and sacred place to visit in Saraburi. It is a mix cultural place and very popular among tourists especially Chinese people.
Other than beautiful temple and shrine, you can feel calm and relax from the view and good landscape here.
Moreover, there is the pavillion that located the statue of Hermit Doctor Cheewaka Komarapach. Anyone who sicks should come to visit and pray for better health.

Magical fantastic place which has the feeling of a time machine which takes you back 1000 years. You can see here a footprint of Buddha. At the entrance there are monsters adorned in garlands of flowers. Lots of religious disciples coming from all over Thailand and also lots of tourists.

A beautiful temple with combination of Thai buddha, Chinese buddha and Hindi God, all coexist in the same place. The temple was first build back in Krungsri Ayutthaya period. It is well known for a holy Buddha's footprint.

A very beautiful buddhist temple. Next to it there is a Chinese Buddhist temple. Interestingly you can see the Thai & Chinese Buddha together with Hindi Elephant God. All coexist in a same temple. Gurss they can do it cos they are the higher beings whereas we are not.

There is a market opposite to browse local food.

Was told in the past this temple was very revered by the Thai-Chinese Community, then (many, many years ago) it was an arduous journey from BKK and yet many would make their way to visit this temple.

We arrived during a Buddhist festival, and the atmosphere was superb! Definitely a must visit if one is in the area.

Plenty of parking space, plenty of refreshment stalls, a great visit.

Stunning on par with buildings in Wat Phra Keao... Only with almost no people around. Go during April and it's practically empty--maybe 20 other people there. Super nice.

The temple still open during renovation. The temple ground is very huge with moderate hiking trails.
