Real nice to have stumbled upon this gem of a place! The menu has a great variety of authentic food selections that got me real excited!

The elderly lady boss is so endearing and warm, reminds me of my own grandma. The service here is impeccable, there's really nothing to fault about it.

I over ordered somewhat, but still cleaned up the dishes completely because they were exceptionally yummy! I haven't got space for Ban Xeo today, it looks good, so I will be back for sure!

I guess what I missed on the menu would be the tamarind drink with peanuts in it. That would have been the bomb!

A surprisingly nice find right in People’s Park strip mall. The taste is actually close to being authentic. I had the fried spring roll (properly used rice paper here) as well as pork chop broken rice. The egg part is nice although the pork chop taste is not up to par to those in Vietnam.

I definitely plan to come back for the bun Cha and the Banh Mhi. The bun Cha looks good although it was sold out (good sign?)

The vietnamese sandwich (Bánh mì) was really good, lots of fresh ingredients inside.
The vietnamese coffee was ok, only tasted like dark roasted coffee, no notes of vanilla or similar like I'm used to.
Very nice interior and good and friendly service.

Found this place via grab. Ordered fresh spring rolls and pho which are tasty. Pho is very nice, the soup taste nice and come with hoisin and chilli sauce. The price is reasonable as well compare with other Vietnamese restaurants which charge pho around 200b

Im Vietnamese and I can tell the taste of Com Tam is pretty close to the original flavor. Been here a few times and will definitely be back. Reasonable price. If you are in Onnut area, this restaurant is available on Food Panda with free delivery.
