Wat Ua or Wat Ua Ya is located at 31 Moo 1, Don Kamyan Subdistrict, Mueang Suphan Buri District, Suphan Buri Province, under the Mahanikaya sect. The temple grounds cover an area of ​​39 rai, 2 ngan, and 24 square wah.

The temple's structures include a 9-meter wide and 24-meter long Ubosot, built in 2006, made of reinforced concrete, a Wihan that is 18 meters wide and 40 meters long, built in 2008, also made of reinforced concrete, and six Kuti buildings that are half wooden and half concrete, and one concrete building. The temple also has an 16-meter wide and 20-meter long vihara, built in 1990, also made of reinforced concrete.

Wat Ua was established on February 27, 1966, by Kamnan Tham Srisomphan and the leader of the village, Mali Penghachitra, with the help of the local people. They purchased the land, built the temple, and received the first principal Monk, Phra Mahabunsukh, from Wat Pa Lelai Worawihan. On November 7, 1979, the temple received the royal endowment of the Visungkam Sema from King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
