I booked the Advanced Check-Up Package - (Male Age 30 - 40) through the hospital websites online appointment page. The site and process were extremely easy to navigate. The check up included an EKG, complete blood work, chest X-rays, and a full abdominal ultrasound. The entire check up was very streamlined, quick, efficient, and of very high international standard. All of the nurses I dealt with were very polite and professional. At the end of the check up there was a doctor’s consultation to review and discuss the results. The doctor I spoke with was perfectly fluent in English, very detailed in her assessment and explanations, and very friendly and fun to converse with. You also receive the complete results in a physical booklet the same day and a digital copy is available through email at no extra cost. I feel that as an American the level of quality and care I received for the price was almost absurd compared to the price of health care in my home country. The entire package was basically the equivalent in price to the cost of just making an initial consultation, before the additional cost of any of the actual tests and procedures. Without insurance this same package in the United States would most likely cost thousands of dollars. If you are in Bangkok and have any health concerns or simply want get these services without paying the extortionate rates of the United States medical industry then do yourself a favor and get this checkup. Your personal health is your most valuable asset in life and this is the best investment you can make in yourself.

Everything looked very professional.
Everyone knew English very well, especially the doctor.
We got excellent treatment at excellent speed and everything was well explained for us.
Also they have live music when you wait which is nice.

This is a five-star hospital with top medical specialists, latest and modern medical equipment that provides a full range of care. Efficient, reliable, and fast. The staff and nurses were helpful, especially for Foreign patients, and the doctors were good and explained well. It's a bit pricey but worth it for the service.

Came for a basic health screening and had an excellent experience. Made an appointment the day before arriving via telephone, which was very easy. The hospital is clean and has a premium feel. All Staff members i encountered speak a good level of English. I arrived early in the morning and was out within 2hrs! Very very impressed with the level of professionalism and how smooth the process was. The longest I had to wait was for the results to be processed, which was a mere 45 mins.

I came here for annual health-check up with advanced package for woman. Very impressive of all services. From reception, nurses counters to all the journey of health-check up. Very timely and caring staff. The result report was informed by Dr.Akkrawin, he is one of the best doctor for health-check up for me so far. I highly recommend to come here. It needs to be booked scheduling in advance. I’ll definitely come here again next year for this service.

I had Relex Smile surgery with Dr Somsran Watanachote. I went in for an appointment and had the surgery the next day. It was a smooth, painless process and my eyesight had improved instantly. Dr Somsran was very fun and informative, making the stressful situation so much easier to deal with. The price was as advertised and there was a nice aftercare kit provided. I had a wonderful stay at Bangkok Hospital due to an hernia that had to be surgically fixed. The doctors, anesthesiologists, nurses, dietitians and physical therapists all went above and beyond to help me recover. In particular the nurses of the Surgery Ward on Level 16 were outstanding. I want to thank Nanny the most, as she really made me feel cared and made sure that I was comfortable all the time. Pukki was exceptional as well on her night shift and on the morning of my discharge, changing my bandages. I would recommend this hospital to anyone, wherever they are (I live in China and I travelled on purpose to get the surgery done here).

Did PRK (LASIK) surgery few days ago under the supervision of Dr. Tarinee and it was a completely painless surgery. The surgery was really good and effective. The doctor is extremely skilled and very much friendly. Glad to have her as my doctor. The nurses and staffs are very cooperative also. Best Wishes to all of them for future purpose !!

I had a surgery two years ago at Bangkok hospital. It was a wonderful experience from the day I walked in for diagnostic and all through to surgery and recovery. Medical team was very professional, nurses were very caring and facilities were top notched World Class. Health care service is benchmarked at a new high level ! I would recommend this place o anyone.

I would definitely recommend this hospital ! My daughter was admitted at the hospital for 3 nights. All the staff, doctor even the housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. I also appreciated the way that doctor tried to explained everything with care. Keep up the good work.

I switched to Bangkok Hospital about a week before my pregnancy due date, and Dr Kanjana was accommodating and helpful. The nurses in the maternity ward helping with my recovery were patient and kind, and the nurses in the nursery helping with our baby were all knowledgeable and helpful! The recovery room was very comfortable. I, my husband and our new baby had a very good experience here!

Treatments are good as Doctors are nice. Treatment cost is cheaper than Barmungrad hospital. They support nicely. Dr. Shakti helped my Mom and Dad to guide through the treatment process with referrals and everything perfectly!

Visited several times and chose for surgery. Good medical service, professional and helpful staff. Several types of menu, Thai, western, Japanese, etc.

This hospital and it’s employees deserve 5 star. The facility is well maintained, free parking and restaurants make it more attractive.

I want to compliment K Pornnapa for her help today with my wife in making an appointment for a surgical consultation on 3 April at 15:00. When my wife had called about an appointment earlier this week she was told that appointments were booked until 8 April, but K Pornnapa was able to get her an earlier appointment and was very pleasant and helpful while doing so. Great customer service, thank you to K Pornnapa and to BKK Hospital.

Best hospital I've been to. The service, the doctors, the nurses, just like in a 5 star hotel. If you get ill in Bangkok it's the place to go to. 5BIHS1

I have never particularly come here for medical reasons, but this hospital itself is really nice!

It's very modern, bright, has tons of natural light, and LOTS of yummy food/drink options, so you won't be bored here. The facilities seem really nice and there is a lot of walking/sitting space as well.

Efficient service and fast process. Excellent communication especially with foreign patients. Halal menu available. Beautiful paediatric ward and exemplary nursing service. Feels like home 👍🏼

got an accident and went to the Emergency Department, the staffs there were incredibly great with great services, the swift execution and professional process. Really impressed and thanks all the doctor, nurse and staff team at the Emergency Department :)
