Physique 57 @ Sukhumvit 49

Barre class at Physique 57 is a fabulous low-impact workout that is extremely effective in achieving my fitness goals. It's very contagious and motivates me to push myself to the limits.

The energy emanating from all the coaches and staff is amazing.

Have parking and is conveniently located near the BTS Phompong station.

Nice place to go workout exercise classes, clean place , very nice staff and instructure, The best club for workout at Thonglor - Ekkamai area.

I love the small group when training because the trainer can approach everyone in this room. The course was so good and great for muscles. Love it.

I only go here to pick up my wife. According to my wife, this place is really awesome. The staffs are very friendly. The teachers or trainers really care for their customers and they are all very professional. The allotted class times are very convenient for customers as well.

สาขานี้ห้องน้ำดีสุดเลยค่ะ ชอบมากที่มีที่วางของในห้องอาบน้ำเลย❤ ที่จอดรถสะดวกสบาย เจ้าหน้าที่น่ารัก มาเข้าคลาสครู nade ยามเช้า แนะนำมากๆค่ะ เหมือนได้ energy ดีๆไปทั้งวันเลยค่ะ :)

とてもキレイなスタジオで、タオル貸出し無料です。

スタジオはカーペットなので靴下を履かなくてはいけません。忘れた場合は、買わなくてはいけないので忘れずに❣

バレエビギナーのレッスンを受けましたが、ノリの良い音楽に合わせてバレエバー、ボール、ダンベルを使って体を動かしていきます。アジャストも入ってくれて良かったです。

終わる頃には筋肉痛になるかもですが、とても楽しかったです！
