The array of classes available is impressive, offering something for everyone. Personally, I've found the diverse trainers to be outstanding, with Ton Z standing out as a favorite. His Zumba and Aqua Zumba classes are absolutely phenomenal! Ton Z's energy, fun-filled sessions, and genuine sweetness make every class an absolute blast.

Moreover, the staff at Virgin Active are incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. Their helpfulness adds to the overall positive atmosphere of the gym.In summary, Virgin Active EmQuartier is a great choice for fitness enthusiasts, boasting excellent facilities, a wide range of classes, and exceptional trainers like Ton Z, making workouts both enjoyable and effective.

It is more expensive than other gyms but you will be getting value for your money if you go at least 3 times a week.

I've had a great experience in my first week. The facilities are very nice and well kept. Bella explained everything about the membership to me very clearly and was super helpful during the introduction process and tour. The personal trainer David has been extremely professional and kind in explaining things to me as I learn to proper lifting form, and focus on doing things correctly. David really cares about his clients and I feel like I''m in great hands here!

This gym is top-notch with sufficient equipment for intermediate lifters, providing dumbbells up to 42kgs and deadlift bumpers to around 200kgs. The environment is clean and well-maintained, and it’s complimented by the friendly and supportive staff who are always there to assist.

Virgin Active is a great, ideal gym that has a lot of options, all kinds of classes and PT sessions. The staff is awesome! Especially Khun Bella, she is so motivating, supporting and always super helpful❤ I renew my membership always because of her nice motivations and cheering ups. Love Virgin Active Emquartier👌💕

Gym is huge (3 levels) and well equipped with machines and free weights. I'd recommend the 3 months 1 week once membership if you're staying for at least a month. Positive vibe overall.

Virgin Active EmQuartier, I have a great experience. I enjoy Zumba, salt, ice & steam rooms, pool, etc. They have good amenities and friendly staff.

One of the best gyms in Bangkok. Updated equipment, plenty of free weights and an area for Olympic type lifts as well. Wide array of classes, a spin room, 3 lane lap pool, and a super clean locker area. If you just happens to forget to bring workout clothes, they have them for you at the locker area!!! Highly recommended.

Of all of the virgins this is easily the best one.

Our favorite activity here is the beautiful indoor pool.

I love this place, great vibe! I had a Zumba class today with 2 male instructors and they are amazing!!!! And the audience too! Everyone enjoyed no mater which country you come from or which language you speak or how old you are. I also like the fly yoga (antigravity) and rock climbing here. It's absolutely the most fancy and friendly gym in BKK! ^^
Plus, among all the Virgin Actives in BKK, this one is the only one with stretch zone, my favorite ;)

For sure one of the top gym locations in Bangkok. Virgin has other branches as well, though I believe the EmQuartier location is one of the best.

Weights, plenty of machines, pool, salt room, sauna, ice room, towels, and workout clothes. Just bring your shoes! It's perfect!

Great place to work out. Plenty of equipment on three floors. The crowd is pretty nice, meaning you can concentrate on your own workout without being judged.
