Quick, easy and efficient post office. The personal speaks a bit of English and they are always kind and helpful.

Friendliest, most helpful postal employees who went above and beyond to help us. We were shipping two suitcases and the worker made custom boxes for us and several different workers jumped into help I. Multiple occasions. The whole process took about an hour because it’s a very busy place but everyone was doing their job very well.

Good location, walking distance from BTS Prakanong. Good Service. Big office, spacious. Good system. Car parking at the back, convenient but quite busy sometimes.

Went to ship a domestic express package, needed to have it packed too.

Packaging cost around 20thb and express shipping was around 100thb. Package was about 2kg and 40x10x25cm

［Parcel delivery］No need to prepare the boxes. The clerk will find a box of the right size and pack it for you. There is a charge for the boxes, but not expensive.

Great working hours and location. The staff and their speed is generally good too.

Rude staffs. Low class service. They also turn on lousy music in the post office. This is wow.

Excellent service, and fast. They packed my Christmas gifts nicely and it only took about 10 minutes to get my package ready to go. The cashier was very nice and spoke perfectly English.

Phra Khanong Post office is usually quite busy but I've rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes for service. Staff has always been pleasant and professional. Whenever I' have a question or a problem, they go out of their way to be helpful. Queue system works very well.

Simple and efficient services. Import taxes can be paid here in cash only.

Noted that when you are not a regular their is a fast lane where you can line up in queue without request queue ticket.

There is an Express Line for sending 1-2 parcels. Don’t forget to bring your passport or ID if you’re sending International. The staff is very kind to guide me with the procedure. It only took me around 10 minutes totally.

Package has always arrived on time and the workers and very kind and helpful.
