Years ago, long before Michelin as a thing, I had dinner here. Please today the taste has not changed.

This place is an institution when it comes to beef noodles and beef soup. Today I ordered beef noodles small portion. Total damage 130 baht including drinks.

The beef is still just as well braised and tender. Bouncy beef balls and brisket with tendon adds to the joy of eating thin Thai noodles which are chewy. Portion is smaller than before though but this I blame on inflation.

At 2pm, the place was still seeing a good crowd, testimony to how popular its beef dishes are to locals and foreigners alike.

Legendary slow cooked beef noodle soup that has received many awards. You have choices of big, small and fine noodles to go with your soup selection (menu choice no. 6). We also tried their clear herbal goat soup served with rice. Come early before 9am to bear the queue.

I have been a regular here for the past 30 years, before the arrival of foreign tourists. This beef noodle joint is an institution in Bangkok, serving many generations. It is also my dad and uncle's favourite go to place for beef noodle. It has been around for more than 60 years.

I think this is one of the best, if not the best beef noodle shop, in the country. The beef are of high quality, tender and juicy. And the broth is amazing.

Great food. I tried # 6 and # 1.
#1 has more herbal taste while #6 is more meaty taste. Small portions so u better order 2 dishes.

The vibes is best on ground floor! The portions are rather small (we had to order 2 bowls each) but the price is only THB100 per bowl - highly recommend if you like beef soup

The broth is cooked continuosly of half of the century and taste really good, i bought 2 bowls for myself and really recommend the fine noodle one, as the taste of the broth really absorbing, and recommend to order no 1/6! fast service even it’s full and need to go there by walking about 20 minutes with the nearest skytrain or go by taxi.

Indulged in the delightful for both mutton soup and tendon soup – an explosion of flavors! The herbal aroma complemented the red meat perfectly, with the mutton being tender and not overpowering in scent. The portion of tendon was satisfyingly generous. Already looking forward to the next visit for the tantalizing big pot dish!

Good simple food, good service. I had nr 6, the beef stew/soup it has a bit of a vietnamese star anis flavor. You don't really need any more seasoning with chili or vinegar, its excellent as is. My wife had some chicken with egg wok and loved it.

This authentic beef noodle soup is really surprised me with its flavourful taste and fresh ingredients. The beef balls are self made and not the commercial taste. The beef tendon soup is thicker compare to noodle soup. The fried noodle is very tasty too.
If you like beef noodle, this is a must visit restaurant.

This place has a cauldron of Beef Broth that been continuosly boiling for 45 years. It is certainly difficult to imagine how they can pull this off. Me being a business owner, i can understand the level of logistical nightmare these folks have to go through in order to make this happen.

Coming to the food, i would definitely given them five stars. The broth is so 'hearwarming' and full of flavours. The beef is soft to such an extent that you can even chew with your gums.

This famous place is a one of a kind in bangkok. The broth has been cooked for more than forty years. It is super crowded. It has a lot of beef organs available, even the reproduction part 😁.
Managed to get one on our visit. Really an unforgettable experience

Food is good. Very flavourful soup and tender beef.

I tried their mixed beef noodle soup with small noodle. The soup tastes really nice and the beef meat snd other parts including some intestines also taster really nice and tender

40yrs and this pot of beef stew has been handed down for 3 generations. Beef is tender and soup is just amazingly yummy! They have noodles and rice and for those who do not eat beef, you can try the pork knuckle rice.

I had 2 bowls of beef noodles and a coke = SGD$8 Beef lovers, do not miss this.

Beef Noodle is quite sweet, portion is enough for 1 person, soup is good and beef is amazing
You also need to try the Coconut Jelly, it's a great dessert that will cleanse your palate right away

Legendary said that the POT had not been washed nor cleaned for the past 50 years, therefore, to retain the flavour of the soup. Legendary also said that "if you think you are eating beef, then think again" because the POT had not been covered, you do not know what fell inside and continuously being "cooked" again and again overnight.....but it Damn Tasty 😋

My most favourite steamed beef. Had been to this restaurant for more than 25 years+ and the taste is the best especially the meat ball.

Great spot for Lunch if you like beef soup, full of flavour. Legend has it the soup has never been thrown so it’s flavour on top of flavour. Must try!

Awesome beef noodles. The soup is very rich and thick, almost gravy-like. The mutton soup smells good too, but I didn't get around to trying it.

If there’s something older than Queen Elizabeth then maybe it’s wattana panich’s beef broth. They say it hasn’t changed since long time ago and it creates super umami flavor to the dish. Worth the michelin star, and worth the trip
