The Cube Pracha Uthit

I have lived in this condo for 2 years. I believe it's an excellent choice for KMUTT students. You can walk to the university in about 10 minutes or take an 8-baht public car (รถกระป้อ) for a quick 2-minute ride. Additionally, the condo is conveniently located next to Makro and 7-Eleven, and there are affordable restaurants in this area.

I live in Building A. Despite being next to the main road, there hasn't been any bothersome noise, allowing me to work in the room and sleep well. The room I'm in costs 6,000 baht per month, covering 28 square meters. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 living room. Furnished with various essentials, including a sofa, air conditioner, dining table, 2 chairs, TV, wardrobe, mirror, microwave, refrigerator, and a Digital Stereo Bluetooth. In my opinion, the room feels spacious and not uncomfortably cramped for a single person. However, some furniture, like the wallpaper on the wall, is prone to damage, but overall, the condition is good, and the design looks modern.
The bathroom features separate wet and dry zones, appearing clean, and the 5-feet wide bed ensures a comfortable sleep. Additionally, there are other facilities for residents, including a swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, and a washing machine.

Safety is the main reason I chose to live here. To enter the building, a keycard is required. The card is tapped before entering the door, and it's tapped again when selecting a floor in the elevator, allowing access only to the resident's designated floor. This means that outsiders can't enter here at all, providing a very secure environment. Additionally, there are 24-hour security guards at the entrance who can be quickly called at any time. The building is equipped with CCTV in various areas, and each room is fitted with fire detectors. Outside, there are designated fire paths and fire extinguishers. The presence of these safety features makes me feel comfortable living here.

I think living in this good-quality condo is a great choice. It's comfortable, safe, and has everything you need for daily life, which can help you be more productive. Therefore, I would like to recommend it to others, especially KMUTT students.

Peaceful, quiet, relaxing , fresh air, windy and great view and friendly people . Highly recommended.
