This is must-try list in Hatyai.
Food recommend menu here not too much but all are incredible test and quality.
I did order 4dishes, all the food come fast, hot and fresh seafood. Their stuff also care about the portion of the dishes depend on how many people come. They also give us the perfect size of fish for 2 person. Everything is nice except the location and environment around the restaurant is quite difficult to find no parking, also dirty and smell.

Old restaurant but looks clean varieties of items on the menu, personally I like their food flavors, they really good at what they are doing, staffs friendly as well the price, I felt like if I could be part of their business I'd be so lucky, I'd recommend local people and the visitors to stop by, only down point was a parking spot since they are hidden on a small aisle, remember! Always give a local a support, peace

Read about this restaurant near Kim Yong on the good review, came here around 6pm and it was not crowded at all, place is quite small with only few tables , we found the place to be quite hot and imagine if you come in the afternoon, will be like in a sauna, ordered 2 dish and a soup to go along, saw one uncle cooking table by table , after we came, dinners started to come in and fill up the place quickly
The food was delicious, some items didn’t state the price at all especially the fish, if you come with 2-3 person, suggest order the small size because you can order a few dishes, if not it will be quite expensive if you guys order the medium or large portion
This is a must try restaurant in Hatyai- I enjoy the food very much
Location is inside Kim Yong street and in a small alleyway
Highly recommended

It was a very pleasant dining experience. The taro spring roll is bomb🤤🤤🤤 The sweetness of the taro filling was just nice, and it was smooth enough with natural taro fragrant and not too oily. The taste of the stir fried petai with prawn was mind blowing, it was a taste which you wont be able to taste elsewhere. The stir fried kailan and the roasted pork was nice. The tomyum tend to be more sour and spicy, but the umami was enough as all the seafood inside was very fresh! The owner are very generous with the amount of seafood in the tomyum. All the drinks ( chrysanthemums, rosella flower and sugar cane) was flavourful enough and it was freshly prepared by the shop. The meals cost us 685 Baht in total including 2 white rices and the drinks which are very good value of money for the quality of the foods and drinks. Not to forget the owner lady was very friendly and sociable, the service provided was very good. She can speak well in both English and Chinese. Will definitely revisit whenever I am in Hatyai city!

One of the local Chinese Zhi char place that are highly recommended! Ordered the spring roll that come in a mixture of yam and cabbage version, fried pork with vege, Tom yum Kung, tomyum omelette and garlic and pepper fried fish. All are delicious, but the tomyum omelette seems too spicy even for a chili lover like me. Total bill for 940 baht for 2 pax seems a bit high but the fish alone cost 500 which I think is quite reasonable for the fresh fish.

Located in small alley, but worth to visit. Tasty Chinese seafood and traditional southern Thai food. I recommend abalone, fried minced pork, spring roll (especially minced taro stuffed), cabbage sauteed with deep fried crispy pork.

This restaurant is very popular by the local customer, just 5 or 6 tables run from lunch to dinner

Kitchen shown on the front, chef is so friendly and cooking skill is great

No parking!! Very narrow alley.
Recommend for deep fried minced pork.
Great!

It's a Chinese Thai Food but the flavor is not something you will get at Malaysia Chinese food. Food quality is great and the price is slightly on the higher side comparing to Hatyai food.

They are out of pomfret fish when we arrived at 1+. If you are eyeing for it be there early. As recommended by them, we ordered slice fish version of chili garlic, I think is about THB 200.

Fried Spring Roll - Min order is 5 pcs and THB50 each. It's a mixed of bamboo shoot and taro filling. I'm not a fan of bamboo shoot but the taro is tasty!

The highlight of the meal beside the fish is the tom yum omelette! A must order only if you like lemongrass, otherwise please go for normal omelette. It's the most special dish I had by far in all my visit to thailand!

The lady boss is super friendly and can converse in chinese, great chat with her and that makes our meal a 5star review!

Highly recommended and please do drop by this humble restaurant at least once when you are at hatyai!

Full of locals/Chinese customers. Loved the food. Menu is only in Thai, but they have pictures of their signature dishes on the wall. Besides them I saw a lot of people ordering whole steamed/fried chili fish. Loved the food, good local and authentic experience.

Classic restaurant, down an alley just off the main market downtown area of Hat Yai. The family and owns are runs this restaurant are very friendly, and food is outstanding - a combination of Chinese and Southern Thai. Highly recommended.

This is a must-try in Hat Yai if you're looking for good Thai cuisine. The dishes are delicious and the owner/workers are just all around friendly and accommodating. The fish served is really fresh, the tom yum omelette is to die for, and the stir fried vegetables are yummy. We ordered 8 dishes total, including 2 fish for 8 people and it was just the right amount of food.

The only hiccup we had here was that we had to wait over an hour to get a table since we had a pretty large group (8 people). The owner, Aoy, was great. She did her best to get our order going before our table was available so we barely had to wait for our food once we were seated.

Note, the restaurant takes reservations if you call before-hand and I would definitely recommend doing so if you have a party of 5 or more.

Lastly, if you're driving, do not get on the Thanon Niphatuthit 3 (the street that the store is on) as it is a narrow alley and gets blocked off at one end by local stalls sometimes. Park nearby and walk through the alley instead!

Probably the best Thai Chinese restaurant in town! Chance of spring rolls selling out is high so please go early to avoid great disappointment. They are a must try. Standard rolls plus they also come in yam.

Basically every dish was *mind blowing*. First visit dinner missed the spring rolls, went back for lunch another day. Garlic pork and fish, whewww, that generous serving of garlic. Albalone mushrooms yummm. Don't forget the aromatic Tom yum and Tom yum omelette.

Family run, only Thai menu available but a lady speaks mandarin. Just point to the photos on the wall or show them photos. Prices are great too. 280 baht fish, 80 for the spring rolls, garlic pork 100, mushrooms 100, Tomyum 100-120.

Look out for the green tent in the alley.

You got to try this place(:

Good test and difference to another restaurant, Thai Chinese local restaurants. Located in the market area with the small &narrow street (only motorcycles can pass) but easy to go there by navigation program (Google map). The car parking not far, walk only 2 minutes from car parking.
