We wanted a delicious pad Thai, cold beer and great view, and that is exactly what we got!

Great family restaurant! Absolutely the sweetest staff, our kids loved them. The Thai food is delicious and our daughter from now on only wants to eat the Jasmine rice and veggies from here.

I like this place. Reasonable prices, very good fish, right in the beach. And very generous-most I’ve seen in Thailand-pours of wine.

Delicious food really good value too, I would recommend the spicy fried seafood noodles. You're right on the beach so has a gorgeous view. The staff are unbelievably nice and helpful too.

Whether you are on Long Beach in low or high season you can rely on the Funky Fish for great value, tasty food and a lovely chilled atmosphere. The staff are welcoming and great fun. Great food choices include Captains Plate of fried fish and seafood (250 baht) and fabulous som tam (green papaya salad, 80 baht). Masaman curry is to die for. And if you fancy a western option the burgers (120 baht) are great in both taste and size. Well worth watching the sun go down here. And if you are caught out in a rainstorm they'll lend you umbrellas to get you home.

This became our go-to restaurant during our one month stay in Ko Lanta. The food is excellent - highly recommend the fried or steamed snapper or the prawns - and prepared with care. The service is very outgoing and attentive, even remembering my dietary restrictions. The space is perfect for spending time chilling with friends or as a couple. Wifi is good. Drinks are good. And to top it all up, prices are pretty cheap. 100% best spot in Ko Lanta!

Can beat the location with seating facing the ocean. Cooking is tasty too. Friendly staff with smiles!

We loved this place! Ate here 5-6 days in a row. Good drinks and food lots of variety on the menu. The dia vola pizza, pad Thai, massaman, smoothies all good. There were 4 of us and no food poisoning. The family that runs it are so nice. Great service and great views. The attached mini mart also great, they did our laundry same day, we booked tours and ferries no problem. We did everything here :)

This place has it all. One big family runs all you need in the same venue. Delicious breakfast, great lunch and dinner. Good seating, both in the shade and on the beach.
You can even rent a sub or a kayak, go to the hairdresser, buy snacks, drinks or beach necessities in their minimarket and even book any kind of day tour you wish.

Probably the best local restaurant in Long Beach area... food is so fresh and tasty! Sat there 3 times already. The staff has their eyes on you all the time with a smile, very chill, on the beach, also the massage place next to it was amazing! Will come back for sure!

We've dined at Funky Fish a few times already and it's become our favourite spot in Koh Lanta. It's right next door to our hotel (Lanta Sand Resort) making it really convenient. The staff are extremely attentive and the service is possibly the best we've had during our stay in Thailand (we've been to Bangkok and Chiang Mai already) the food is great and the portions are really generous. Definitely recommend coming here for a stunning sunset dinner!

Lovely food and good menu selection, reasonably priced in comparison to other beach side bars. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Will definitely return.

Really good cocktails. Some of the best I've ever had. Singapore slings and piña coladas. Very friendly staff.
