Great experience for several nights in Mae Hong Son. The air con room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with great bedding. The in town location was convenient yet quiet. The owner speaks English well and he is very helpful. I would definitely stay there again and again.

I had a double with aircon. Initially I thought the room looked a bit tired. However it was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Also quiet. The guesthouse is well located. Plenty of parking for bikes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall
l was very happy with my stay.

The best guesthouse i have ever stayed at! The lady who attends to the rooms doesn’t speak English but goes out of her way to help you and make you feel comfortable. I would give this guesthouse 10 stars if i could. The shared lounge area has free tea and coffee :) and its a great spot to chill & look at the stunning views.

Perfect location for exploring Mae Hong Son and cool room. Absolutely spotless in terms of cleanliness and the housekeeping is the best we've ever experienced! New towels ever few days, new sheets, bottles of water and soap. Sometimes places forget about you once you've paid but that's not the case here! The lady who comes round daily to maintain the room is a gem and Boon is super friendly too - he even helped print our train tickets.

Very nice hotel with a great location. Rooms with or without air conditioning. Kettle available with tea/coffee making facilities in room and outside, in the recreation area. It does not offer motorbike rentals. The owners are very friendly. I recommend.

I did not book room but i engaged mr boon for his motorbike tour. He arranged a reasonable rate quickly. He was friendly and knew people who could help me. Very highly recommended !

This is a clean, comfortable and well managed guesthouse. The price is very affordable. We had AC, double bed and private bathroom. Mr Boondee speaks excellent English and will help with all local activities, including maps and support to arrange bike rental, taxi, trekking guides. If you are looking for a budget option in central Mae Hong Son, with easy walking access to the town then we would highly recommend.

Inexpensive, clean Basicrooms in the middle of MHS. Closed Car/Bikepark. Very friendly and helpfull Owners!!! I visited three times and coming back in six month, inshallah!

I stayed only one night and everything was relax. Room and private bathroom were big enough and clean. Central location and quiet. I would like to stay there again if I travel Mae Hong Son. Totally Recommended.

Stayed in a 3 bed room with 2 friends. Had a fridge and aircon. Was close to to town enjoyed my stay. Seems like it can cater for alot of people. They had a simple breakfast in the morning. Looks like it would be good for a lot of young people.

Extremely friendly and helpful owner. Handed us an annotated map of the area and made some excellent suggestions that we might have otherwise missed. Simple room with hot shower and good aircon. What more could you ask for :-)

Wonderful stay at the Boondee. Quiet spot, very relaxing, and close to downtown. Clean rooms, and comfy bed. The owner is the real gem though. I was warmly welcomed and he provided excellent service and recommendations including a very helpful city and surrounding area map. Don’t hesitate to book a visit here. A+

There is nothing more to say other than "perfect". The owner was super friendly and helpful; his hand-drawn tourist maps for guests touched my heart.💓

I stayed in the 'Standard Air-conditioned Room', and the room was equipped with almost everything for guests: fridge, hot water kettle, TV, hair dryer even a small wooden shuttered balcony where you can smoke or chill out with a cup of instant coffee.

Also, there was a microwave, kettle, tea, coffee and bananas for free in the communal area.

The Boondee Guesthouse is not as developed as it is in the non-touristy Mae Hong Son, but the accommodations are wonderful. If you know what you’re getting into then you can fully appreciate the awesome perks of this guesthouse: Mr. Boondee was amazing, everything was clean and the room was comfortable. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Family owned. Walkable to the town and cafes. The owner gives you a map with all of the points of interest. Very helpful. Comfortable, clean, good hot water and wi-fi. Fridge, TV, hairdryer, desk all in room. Washer available for small fee. Has a cool common area set up for guests to relax, read a book, and have tea. Cover parking for motorbikes. Not much room for cars. It’d be a tight squeeze, but may be able to fit. No breakfast, but Good cafe down the street - “Crossroads”.

Stayed at this place while on the Mae Hong Son loop, has a car park for the bikes and the rooms are very clean although dated. Centrally located. What makes this place special is the owner, he provides maps for the places to visit in town as well as those further out and is a fantastic source of local knowledge.

Simple no frills guest house. The room is spacious. The person running it, Khun Too, is helpful with local attractions and is detailed in providing information. It is walking distance to the lake and night market - very convenient location

Had a nice and comfortable stay. The owner is amazing. He showed me a handmade map with all the nice things in the town. He explained everything, showed me different rooms for my stay. Coffee, tea and water for free and a nice

I had a great time staying here. The rooms were kept nicely and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
