Really great gym. Wide variety of machines and free weights. A little cold for my liking but a nice reprieve from the hot Bangkok air. 200 baht for a day pass seems reasonable compared to other gyms in the area.

Main priority is to come visit the cats and then gym after :) the staff is super friendly too

It’s always clean, and very quiet for where it’s at. I recommend you bring headphones though, to dampen out any noise and have focus.

The staff there are able to help show you how to use the equipment, just ask. Even the front desk receptionist.

You can tell it’s a non-judgement gym, and you’ll find people working very hard in there.

There are two sections, weights and cardio area.

Very clean not crowded at all with so many useful machines. The owner is very cool. It's 200bht for a day pass which is a good price for what it is.

어디던 운동할수 있는곳이 있는것 만으로도 만족입니다. 기구들이 너무 다닥다닥 붙어 있어서 이동간 다칠수도 있으니 항상 조심하면서 다니세요. 일 200밧이며 기구들은 좀 낡았습니다. 운동하는데는 전혀 지장이 없었습니다. 물, 음료등도 구입이 가능합니다.

В спортзал хоть и маленький , всегда есть свободные тренажеры. Чисто и прохладно. Много кондиционеров и вентиляторов. Есть туалет и раздевалка.
Также можно заказать вкусную еду, в блюде большое количество мяса. Иногда в спортзал приходит милый котик 😊

хороший спортзал, тренажёры еще относительно новые в хорошем состоянии, чисто, много вентиляторов и кондиционеров, очень комфортно тренироваться, не дорогие абонементы на месяц безлимит 1100 бат. единственный минус в зале довольно тесно и тренажеры стоят в притык к друг другу, но зато людей не много, поэтому дискомфорта я не испытываю.
