Then, I have my air-conditioner cleaned the next week. The customer service lady speaks fluent English and very helpful too. It's a wonderful experience for a foreigner customer like me.

A lots of parking space indoor , out door and 1st floor and 2nd floor. All of staff are friendly and good service. We can get Household appliances, electric product, furniture and construction materials.

Plenty of parking and friendly staff. The sales people provide good service and the place is always clean. They always have good sales promotions and have installation services.

I frequent this branch because they also have some restaurants on the ground level. The chicken noodle restaurant is my favorite!

Great place for your home one stop service. With a unique grand bicycle shop front of the mall. Convenient and not too much people. Loads of products to choose.

Maybe this is the best HomePro in Bangkok. This store is huge, it has places to eat and has most products on display including all the Kitchen cabnets and other cabnets. Smaller Homepro stores usually don't have the floor space for this. Well worth going to if you are doing renovations.

Good place to get all your hardware very active staff and helpful. Will go back again.

I can say i can buy all DIY stuffs here. Not only for normal home owner, also for contractors who need to buy in bulk. I have to give a complement to management team on how they keep high standard of the mall. Clean and neat.

Home improvement shopping center, both DIY and full service. Typical price. Homepro will accept most products sold by them in the future for repair. Credit card accepted.

A nice shop to visit if you do things yourself . Many varied items are in stock , with many employees to help if you speak Thai , if you don't, they usually can find someone to help you in English. There are a couple of food shops located on the ground floor, as well as a coffee shop with WiFi. Also a nice bicycle shop .

Good place for shopping for everything. You can leave your belongings at the counter on the 2nd and shop around hassle free!

Huge home pro location with easy parking

This is my first time to visit. My friend tell me to come and see whether I can find my ceiling mounted air-cond. Because of very late time and its located very far from my office, I can't get full information. Here is quite good display store I do hope I'll be able to come and buy something in the future visit.

Smooth service. Helpful and reasonably priced. But took almost an hour to organise delivery for about 20 items. Make sure you've got plenty of time if wanting delivery 🙂

In general I love this place but I had a bad experience with their air conditioning cleaning service. The technician was actually unqualified to clean my air conditioner and his son came along to help. He wet the electronics which I did not know and he told my wife I needed to purchase a new air conditioner. Because he said this I tried to make the air conditioner last as long as it could before replacing it. But before I replaced it I decided to get it looked at by Samsung repair service and the only problem was the electronics being wet and this is when we discovered it. I had the repairs completed for only $1,300 baht and actually I could have just purchased a new air conditioner for $20,000 and never knew that the damage was from the technician. My complaint with Home Pro is they would not reimburse me for the repair because they said it was out of warranty but the only reason I waited a long time to do this was I was trying to get the most out of the air conditioner before buying a brand new one. I also found out that they do not remove the blower wheel when cleaning the inside unit. How can they clean without doing this. I feel cheated.

A great new store that offers great selection and prices while giving you all the room to shop! The store is still new so very few people are shopping here. On the latest visit, we had four (!) store clerks helping us at the same time! Only in Thailand.... :-)

A relatively more upscale branch where you can find most things you need for home improvement. Tiles, paints (with free color mixing service), basic construction materials, furniture (including outdoor type), all electrical home appliances, kitchen utensils, DIY stuffs, gardening products, curtains & wall papers and even home care & hygiene accessories are available. Many interesting promotions and discounts are on offer with most products here as well. It offers good complimentary 3D kitchen & bathroom design service when you buy its kitchen or sanitary hardware.

Staff is friendly and service-minded and knowledgeable about the products they sell. In my opinion, you can find almost everything for your "home" here. Lighting products are what I like a lot with a variety of designs and types on offer. The solar cell lamps here are of high quality. (A slight digression here, on-line Homepro store is well-stuffed and user-friendly to use, and delivery can be done nation-wide.)

On the ground floor, there are a number of yummy eateries worth visiting. (Personally, "Salada" is highly recommended for delicious a la carte dishes made with fresh and organic ingredients.) For those who like biking, a big bicycle shop is on this floor too. Parking is easily accessible. Bathrooms are clean. And as it's a stand-alone branch, this place is usually not crowded as some other branches that are part of shopping malls.

I always purchase things we need from this branch. Best branch I found so far. Start from there is 'always' someone attends customer call or if using their @homeprormn , Khun Kritiya always gives a very good service and attention. Recommended!

Service is the best and price is not high compared to other stores.
Staffs have experience and good information about products.
