Outdoor gym open to all. There is a small fee for entry (20 baht). Relatively quiet during the evening. Equipment is bare bones and unpretentious, but there is enough range (free and weighted) for a decent workout. Many locals work out here. Ideal for a budget backpacker who is not keen on the pricey one day only entrance fee for an indoor gym.

A l'ancienne, du matériel rustique mais il y a ce qu'il faut pour faire une bonne séance.

Awesome little outdoor gym. I’m budget travelling and was looking to find a reasonably cheap day pass around Bangkok. This was 20Baht compared to other fitness centres that were wanting 800. Ok you have to deal with the heat and no air con but for the price what do you expect. (A lot of it has shaded cover) Lots of weights to choose from. They also sell water there.

You can have a decent workout in this outdoor gym. I bet it’s better than fitness centers in the nearby hotels. A lot of training equipment there though not every in working condition. The gym is in the shade so there’s no scorching sun during the day.

20thb for 1 time training. The weights were a bit rusty, but it worked.

돈받는 아저씨가 계신데 한자리에 상주하는건 아니고 왔다리 갔다리 하시는데
운동 입장하면 주변 다른 회원(?)들이 아저씨 불러주심.
완전 땡볕은 아니고 나무그늘이 제법 있는데 그늘 벗어나면 그대로 직사광선에 노출됨.
쓸만한 기구는 사실없는데 약간 관광지 느낌으로 다녀올만함.
단, 10시 이전 오전에 다녀오길 추천.
기구는 사진에서 보듯이 다 녹슬고 기름때 끼고 썩었으나 편함만을 추구하는 내 썩은 정신 상태 개조 및 초심을 찾기 위한 좋은 장소라고 생각함.
운동 마치고 룸피니 공원에서 가볍게 러닝해도 좋을 듯.
물도 파는데 아저씨 안계셔서 못 사마셔서 가격은 모름.
바로 옆에 화장실 있는데 이용료 없음.
휴지 없으니 급똥 예상되면 휴지 꼭 챙겨갈 것.

Gimnasio al aire libre. Todo el equipamiento oxidado. Te recomiendo vacuna del tétanos antes de usarlos.
