I consider it an amazing experience for my first time here. Even though I'm not a very religious person, I really liked the layout of the interior decorations of the cave.

There were many snake statues in that cave. But people here call it Phaya Naga.

I exclaimed in amazement because there were so many of them. There are many spots for you to take lots of photos. You look at the picture.

It is another temple with beautiful buildings indicating the Nagas that have been with Buddhist temples for a long time. This place tells of the various Naga clans in the ruling class of the underground city. It is another beautiful place.

Jaded by journeying to yet another Wat? Well, this Wat is quite different. It has a very strong Naga theme throughout. And what they have done is very well executed. The sculptures were quite amazing. Definitely worth the drive. Plenty of nature trails and waterfalls in the area to round out the day.

This is considered as one of the most impressive temple in thailand that i have ever visited so far! Or any other countries! It would take you around more than 2 hours and half to get there from Bangkok by private car. It is quite popular in this province so Im sure there would be many options to arrive here.
The parking areas are super large right next to it is the toilet areas. It is really long and beautiful, clean and cool!!! There are many rooms and the washing sinks. The interesting thing here is that to enter the hallway (yeah it has the hallway) you must leave your sandals and shoes at the stairs, put on their slippers to go to the toilet!!! How cool is that??? And the cleaning service is just awesome too as as soon as you leave the room, there will be one person come and clean in and out!!
Now that is not the best thing in this temple yet. The most wonderful thing is that it is a kind of cave temple. From outside with the unbearable heat, you get inside and feel so much cooler. There are so many dragons all along the temple, on the ceiling, every pillars, any corner, those are fantastic with the colorful stones, everything are also glitery and golden!!! Shinyyy.
The best thing is there is one cave coffee shop next to the exit of the temple. It is super cool and you could order many kinds of drink here at the reasonable price!
We love it here, really highly recommended !!!

The architecture of the building is magnificent in the Naga Palace style cave (mythical believe). Magnificently dazzling with the silver / golden or white serpents treasures of the fantasy underworld

Spacious temple area. Plenty of parking lot, shop selling products, food and drinks. There are fewer people on weekdays and more people visit Phaya Nak Palace on weekends.

Free of charge for visiting the Naga cave

Very impressive temple.. the man made cave dedicated to the Nagas and hermit. There a replica of the Bamyan Buddha in Afghanistan which was destroyed by the Taliban. It show Buddhism was far stretched to there. The "gold" mountain was kind of impressive idea. Happen to meet the Abbot and chat up.. Also invited 2 Taowasuan statues home as I found it is very uniquely crafted . People can do rice offering to the temple as for of donation. Surrounding area with some food stalls and market shopping.

Shared review - The Naga Palace was modeled as an underground palace with 4 serpent families, namely, the Wirupak family (golden), the Erapatha family (green), the Chapayaputa family (rainbow color), and the Kanhakotama family ( black) in which the cave is decorated with various colored lights which gives the impression as if we are in the underground palace that is the place of the real serpents

This Wat is a must see there is so much to see here that photos can not tell you the true beauty of this place. I went on a Monday and the place was pretty busy. But there is do much space here that there was plenty of space to practice Social Distancing. There is plenty of parking and they also have wheelchairs for thoes that need them. I was very surprised that there where no dogs at the entrance just lying around. There is Staff every where doing a variety of things.

As good as it gets for a temple. Famous for its many phanag. Mystical mult headed serpent.

There are so many one can't count them all. And apparently when I was there, they were building more.

Very clean, big and busy temple. We went on a weekday but weekends apparently you can't move as so popular.
