Tasty Thai-style Chinese oyster omelette. Crispier than the Taiwanese and Singaporean versions. No particular sauce unlike the Taiwanese version which is very saucy. Oysters are both mixed into the batter and egg as well as fried then placed on top. Yummy!

Your go to for a fast, hot, crispy, cheap and delicious Thai oyster omelette (or suan). Singapore version tends to be seasoned the Thai version requires you invent your own seasoning combination. Which is just fine.

Not easy to get such fried Oyster Omelette in Bangkok nowadays. Especially those areas near the tourist shopping streets. Usually you got to take taxi to those narrow small lanes away from main street.

But today found a fantastic oyster omelette food stall near Thong Lor BTS within walking distance. Very recommend their so called "Or-Lua" the great fried Oyster Omelette.

It was crispy, juicy and full of the oyster fragrance and eggs flavour. Remember to order the right one call Or-Lua which have crispy outer ring and soft n gluey in the middle. Adding the crispy pennut and dry chilli-flack and chilli sauce, it was so tasty and delicious, full of flavors.

Will definitely return when I'm back to bangkok again. Highly recommend for oysters lover!

This is one of my favorite hoi tod restaurants in Bangkok. Super crispy with fresh tasting seafood - I like the one with both oysters and mussels, topped with sauce and white pepper. It's basically a hole in the wall place so don't expect much more than a tasty pancake. Service is nice enough and the price is pretty cheap. I will eat at this restaurant every time I visit Bangkok. Highly recommended.

Absolutely epic seafood pad thai. This is next level fabulous. 140 tb, a bit more than other street oriented restaurants, though it's quickly apparent that that all of extra went into better ingredients, more flavors and more seafood. Everything on menu looks worth a try. Put this at the very top of your list, you will be delighted 😀😋

Fried oyster cakes inevitably have a slight smell of oil consumption, but paired with the store's sweet and sour sauce and bean sprouts on the bottom layer, it still retains its reputation as a street food.

Oyster fried egg with crispy side, with beansprout, egg, and green onion ingredients. More similar like the one in Singapore.

They have a foodmenu with different languages, so you don't need to worry about language barriers. The owner is very friendly, and the food is undeniably delicious. Prices are reasonable. Overall, must try !!!

We had their squid eggs which is super duper nice! Fried carrot cake, fried oyster omelette and Tom yam. Overall we love it although the food are mostly towards sweeter taste than usual, but still we enjoy it a lot.

Really good oyster omelette with crispy pancake! Only tried this dish and I must say it is very worth it! Crispy thin pancake with fresh juicy oysters, goes very very well together. Bean sprouts were also very well fried and it all just fits it perfectly together. 🤓

Oyster with crispy side. It's my favorite. Different from those found in Singapore and Malaysia. A must try.

Hoi Tod Chaw Lea, #Bangkok: “Uncle ah, can you fried my Orh Luak as crispy as this”

A visit to Hoi Tod Chaw Lea is a must for an oyster omelette enthusiast like me!

The crispy, gooey batter envelops plump and fresh #oysters, creating a perfect balance of textures.

The fried eggs are expertly executed, with a satisfying crunch that complements the tender oysters.

If you're in the mood for a hearty and delicious meal, this is the place to be.

Everything was DELIGHTFUL. I live in Bali in the land where seafood is sourced, their oysters are by far the best & freshest oysters i’ve ever had. The oyster omelette & tomyum padthai is sensational..

We even planned to come back here tomorrow too!🥹❤

Last here pre Covid so more than 2 years. It’s been modernised. Looks like the next generation running the place and the POS is a tablet system rather than a pile of cash.

Still the same flavours. No complaints. Both the Crispy Mussels Omelette and Pad Thai were tasty.

This is one of the outlets for a popular and famous fried oyster pancake named Orh Luak. This particular dish was brought into Thailand by early Chinese immigrants and has many variations throughout the region, you can order something similar in Malaysia & Singapore. This restaurant has one of the best Thai version. Highly recommended, very popular with tourists.
