Lanta sky food and drinks

We came this restaurant 3 times during our stay in Koh Lanta. We tried different dishes each time and they were all delicious. We especially recommend the Salted Baked Shrimp.

This place is my go-to for lunch after I tried chicken with cashew here. Already been here three times in a week. QR code payment is available. You don't have to spend over 100 Baht to eat, but I always order two dishes with rice so that's why I'm spending over 150 every time

We are here 4 times because their papaya salad was the freshest that I found on this side of the island. I LOVE spicy food and they were able to cater the spice level for both of us. The owner & her family are absolutely adorable! Every time we ordered extra spice, she would bring a plate of fruit or a coconut for us to squash the heat. She even brought us a fan one time. 🤣 Here is a pic of the Tom yum, stir fried holy basil with tofu, papaya salad, mixed vegetables, and spring rolls.

This is the best food in the area. Proper full Thai flavors, not the 'watered down for tourists' common on Lanta. Hard to work out when they are open though - often have to press the buzzer to get one of the girls to appear from the house.

Wonderful place with wonderful people! Foods are cheap and delicious, location Super close to Long Beach Chalet hotel. The owners are so friendly that they really tried their best to help us. Our flight is at 9, so they picked us at 5:30 and rushed to the airport. Anyway, I cannot say enough good words to recommend this place. If you stay at Long Beach Chalet, this is a must go.

Absolutely remarkable dinner. Me and my parents were absolutely exhausted after walking almost the whole length of long beach and were looking for a place to sit down and enjoy a lovely dinner.

After browsing on google and looking for highly rated restaurants, I stumbled across this place and was impressed by the rating(4.9). However most other eateries in the area were also well rated and looked more up-market. I decided to give sky lanta a shot as it was very close to the evening market.

Upon approaching, two lovely ladies sitting at the front greeted us with the widest smiles and ushered us in, they made us feel welcome right away and always checked in to see if everything was going well.

We were spoilt with choice so after heated debate and discussion, we chose the mud crab, diced pork dish, a prawn dish and vegetable dish. (Apologies for not remembering the names)

Gosh were we in shock when we started feasting. First, the mud crab came out, and we were blown away at how flagrant and beautiful the flavours were. Not too spicy, with the right amount of tangy and very good drizzled on rice too. The mud crabs were large and with a lot of meat so very well worth the money too.

The diced pork dish was remarkable as well. Spicy just right and deep flavours with a lot of spices and seasoning, but not overpowering.

The vegetable dish, was 60 baht so we weren’t expecting much but it was filled with flavour too! I usually hate greens but loved it just as much as the pork one.

The prawn dish was also a hit, having the right amount of sauces and spice. I just wish I have the names of them so I can share with everyone..

We also asked if they did lobster and the lovely chef ( one of the ladies sitting outside in the beginning) said of course! She was happy for us to bring a lobster in, and to cook it anyway we liked. She even let us set a price! I absolutely loved their service and passion for cooking and you can see that it has been a happy and loving family business for years.

I hope one day to come back if I ever come back to Thailand and will definitely come back and visit before I leave.

The owner lady and her mom make great dishes at a good value. I went two days in a row. In advance of the second meal, I asked if she could teach me how to make my own Pad Thai and Fried Prawns, which she happily did. I made my own dishes below under her instruction within 30 mins (see pics below). Great food and fun experience :)

I had a delicious breakfast here 😍 blueberry pancakes with a mix fruit salad 😌 all fresh, yummy and lovely service 😋

Delicious food for a good price! Made this super sweet lady that speaks English well enough. Even adjusted some dishes for me due to allergies. With every meal she serves a can of water and some fruit. Lovely place. Highly recommend. Little note: the pictures are not in the same order as the names of the dishes. Good to dubbel check when ordering.

Very good food, great juices and super attentive and friendly staff/owners. They served us complementary water when we arrived and free fruits after lunch. Really nice people with authentic smiles. Free wifi available. The stir fried sweet and sour and the Thai omellete were really good and abundant.

Good quality, freshly made food of very good portions for a VERY decent price. Come for lunch or dinner and you will not be disappointed, I assure you.

I've so far had the pleasure of eating Pad Thai, Green Curry, Massaman Curry, Papaya salad, and I'll be heading back after I write this review to eat some fish as well! Oh and of course the lady that runs it is super friendly too!

it is really really nice restaurant, we had diner here for two nights, warm welcome staff and pretty good food, we like them very much!They can also adjust the cooking based on your order. Storngly recommend!

Service amazing, food tasted great. We loved everything! This shrimp balls were exquisite 😍 definitely coming back for more 💯❤ fresh watermelon and water for free 🍉
