The best fish restaurant I've ever been to. Went here for lunch and then, even for dinner, and it was amazing both times. Delicious snapper, fried rice, prawns, homemade ice tea - whatever you'll try will be amazing. Also the service is kind and friedly. Highly recommended.

Definitely 5*!!! The best of the best fish restaurants we have been to in Thailand. The best fresh yellow and white snapper. Refreshing mixed drinks and iced coffee. Delicious homemade iced tea! We made a dinner reservation to try the fresh lobster on the grill.

I think I ordered it wrong... May be their food would good in something else 🤔

However, the view is blast.
Cocktail wes nice.
And staffs are welcoming, polite and attentive.

Sea Sand Soul is honestly our favourite restaurant ever. We really loved everything we had there, but the Massaman curry was the best we’ve ever had. Honestly, it was probably the best dish we’ve ever had. I would consider coming back to Ko Lanta just to eat here again. The owner is such a happy and friendly man and all the staff are just so respectful and polite. Can’t recommend this place enough. It’s honestly heaven on earth sitting here eating the best food in the kingdom while watching and listening to the little waves breaking right in front of you.

Best restaurant in Thailand ! The staff is so friendly make us feel special and the food is incredible. I just tried fish so I can’t tell for the other dishes. Deep fried fish with sweet garlic sauce was our best ! Some vegetables and ready to go. The smoothies are also very good, not to sugary and very fresh :)

From the sea to the plate! We went back many times as the seafood is sublime. Steamed white snapper with chilli, garlic and lime was fabulous as were the massive bbq’d tiger prawns! Excellent cocktails and great, friendly service! The bbq barracuda and white snapper was also first class!

Wow, what an absolutely amazing little hidden gem on Koh Lanta! We were on the island for 8 nights and we’re so upset we only discovered this place on our last night as we definitely would have come back! The staff are so incredibly friendly, we shared some freshly caught bbq king prawns with garlic and butter that were so delish, and for mains we shared the massman curry, stir fried morning glory and a papaya salad. This was the Best food we ate on the island! The restaurant is in a beautiful spot overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended you try this little gem, you won’t be disappointed.

The best seafood restaurant on Koh Lanta. The food is delicious and the atmosphere superb. Add the excellent service and this fresh fish restaurant can't be beat.

I tried their fish curry, and it was one of the best meal I’ve had in Thailand. The staff is very friendly. The view is amazing. You can’t go wrong with this restaurant!

Food, views, decor and staff was great! You can eat and observe fisherman bringing fresh seafood directly to the restaurant.

Wow! We’ve been on the island for over 2 weeks now and this has been our favorite dinner yet! We got the curry fried whole fish and the shrimp paste fried rice. It was so good and flavorful. The fish itself had a great flavor alone, which is something we haven’t found too much of yet. I’m still thinking of this fish! Will definitely go at least one more time before leaving. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Nice area outside to sit overlooking the water. Highly highly recommend!!

A beautiful rustic beach restaurant with amazing staff that went over & beyond to ensure we had what we wanted to make a great experience

I recommend everyone coming here. The staff is extremely friendly and shows you the catch of the day. We choose a local fish which was then deep fried with tamarind sauce, it was to die for! The location is directly on the beach and we had a beautiful sunset. We will be back 100%

Just arrived in North Koh Lanta after a week further south and this is our first food stop. Wow! The location is wonderful. The service, true Thai smiling hospitality and
the food outstanding. I think we might be back here a few times! 😊

This is a true Thai food experience! Don’t bother to go anywhere else if you want to enjoy good Thai food. We went there twice and loved every single dish. Keep the good job and don’t get rid of your chefs and taste! 5*

Had a delicious steamed snapper and papaya salad.

Fresh fish, delicious seasoning, lovely quiet spot on the water. Perfect for lunch after getting off the ferry. The staff were lovely.

Only thing was the beer I had could have been colder.

MUST GO. Was not disappointed at all by this quaint little hole-in-the-wall. From a retro Elvis statue to the 80s pop music bumping in the restaurant, Sea Sand Soul is one of the most worth-it restaurants. The owner is incredibly friendly and goes through great lengths showing you around the venue and explaining the menu. The food is absolutely fantastic, and will have you wanting all 3 courses. The price is a bit heftier if you’re really living on the lower end (think 200 BHT for a simple dish), but we had no problem or reservations about splurging at the restaurant after we had the appetizers… Shrimp cake, to the whole fish, everything is amazing, just ask the owner and he’ll help you pick the perfect dish. A magnificent 10/10 for this spot!

Oh and did I mention, the view is amazing? Especially at sunset…

The food was the best we had on the island so far (fried fish of the day, massaman curry and glass noodle salad, quite spicy, so better to order not spicy if you don’t eat spicy). The owner is very very friendly and professional. The view on the sea (especially at sunset) is absolutely stunning. Don’t miss it! :)
