Noom car&Motorbike rental

Awesome rental place. Huge selection of manual bikes to choose from. Really great experience here. Sunny was the man, he let me test out a bike before I chose it. They will ask for your passport for deposit, but so do most rental places in SEA.

Initially rented the car for 1 day but extended this for the week via WhatsApp with no issues. I wanted the car that cost 1200baht but they only had the 1500 baht car and gave it to me for the week at 1200 price 😊 Car was brought to my hotel and was perfect and easy to drive, no issues throughout the week.
I needed to be at the pier early so they agreed to let me drop it off 30 mins before they opened and also dropped me to the pier for 200 baht. Was worried about my passport just because of some of the reviews but was fine, I just made sure the fuel was slightly above what was given to me

Good service, nice staff and they look professional. Scooter was good, one of the better we had on our trip. Brakes were ok (but not perfect). Helmets are not the best. The first i got was already broken, but they changed it after I asked to. Deposited 3000 baht and got them back without issues (we had no accident etc.).

Rented 3 different bikes here, friendly staff, slightly more expensive than renting at where you're staying but the bikes are generally better maintained.

The motorbike we rented, at 250THB per day, was in excellent condition. The staff are very kind and helpful and some speak English so communication is easy. They gave us the choice to either leave them the original passport or deposit 3000 THB. Of course, they are returned to you upon delivery. They are true professionals and that is why they stand out.

250THB for 24h for a 125cc scoopy scooter is a reasonable price. Instead of leaving my passport (don't do that) I left 3000THB deposit. Got the scooter with 2 bars on fuel tank indication, that is an amount to get far enough and have a reasonable buffer.
Return was easy and they returned my deposit without any trouble.

Good price for a 3 days rental compare to other place, we had a 125cc scooter everything worked well. You have to option for deposit passport or 3000thb we choose the money and we had no problem to get it back.
100% recommended.

Solid selection of bikes and a willingness to talk price during low season :-) They even put a new rear tire on a CRF 250F I was renting.

Their chain maintenance could be a little better though (ocean air mangles chains quickly). Seems they use the typical "oil it right before they take it out" approach that is typical in SEA.

Fantastic service and a brand new car. All was done very well and would definitely recommend them.

Awesome people, nothing is a problem. Rented scooter, dirt bike and a Ford Ranger. Always happy with their service (e.g. I lost a key from a dirt bike and they just took care of it). Worth every baht.

I rented a scooter twice from Noom Rental. The first Yamaha was a bit old and had unsteady idling some times but the second Honda made me happy - it was almost brand new Click 125 that had quite impressive fuel economy. I provided only a copy of my passport. The rental is on both sides of the road.

Such a great service!
They brought the bike to me although I’m far from them and took it back from me.
I was a bit problematic as I wasn’t sure for how long I stayed and I changed the order twice, they were supportive relaxed and even offered to let me keep the bike for another night till the morning on them!

They gave me an amazing bike in amazing condition, with 2 helmets, the price was fair! ( same price in most of the island, some places wanted more ) I would super recommend as they are great! And I felt safe to work with them

This is the company our hotel uses (New Coconut Bungalows). We’ve rented bikes 4/7 days here and they’ve been great each time. Bikes are all in great working condition, delivered to your hotel. The staff each time have been friendly and professional. Would recommend!

We rented a motorbike for a day. We picked one, the guy has offered a price which was 200 bahts per day and asked for passport, however we left 1000 bahts deposit and photocopy of passport. Bike return procedure was quite quick. I got full deposit back in 5 mins. They did not try to make us pay for the damage we have not done or anything like that.

A great car rental place. Sent a new and extremely clean car. Full tank on delivery. Delivered to the hotel. Gave a little discount as well on the asking price. Car came with insurance, which is essential. Was delivered within 15 min of call. Pickup was similarly smooth. They do keep your passport till the car is returned - which seems to be the norm at Lanta.

Smooth rental. Paid 1200 per day for a yaris and 5000 deposit. I think they've changed their fuel policy after reading some of the negative reviews as it is now full to full which makes more sense. They even gave me a lift back to my hotel after

Our hotel (Siri Lanta) organised the hire of 2 bikes for myself and my partner. The Noom staff brought them to the hotel and did not require a passport/deposit as we had rented through hotel. Bikes were great, reasonably priced and came with approx. 1l petrol in which you are expected to return with the bike. There are a few shops selling gasoline by the litre just down from the shop which got us going. The return was nice and easy - would definitely recommend :)
