Two hour healing massage was the best. My lower back and shoulder felt really relax and not as stiff when I walked in. Not only that, they explained what you can do to stretch at home. I spotted Moon Massage via reviews. I’ve been trying everything to fix my brutal lower back + sciatica + piriformis for a long time. So I decided to give it a go. During my first week in Koh Lanta I had 4 massage appointments with Moon team. Everyone is professional, skilled and caring (I had a lot of pain). Once my body was open and released from a huge tension, I had my first massage with Moon and she managed to remove my sciatica pain (nerve shooting to the leg).

So I changed my travel plans and came back for one more week in Koh Lanta and had almost daily sessions. Moon and her team did a tremendous job - after another week of long, intense sessions - I’m back to life and can move freely again. Moon - is one of the kind. She is very knowledgeable and has great skills, lot’s of experience, unique technique. And is very kind. Same as her incredible team.

I also brought my mum to do some massages and she was very happy and said one of the best massages she had in a while (and she loves them).

This has been by far the best place in Thailand I have had a massage. Sao provided the most amazing healing massage to address a shoulder and back issue. Her skill and technique is outstanding. Tim also provided an equally amazing healing massage. They were both fantiasticly skilled and really nice ladies. They also offer a range of other soothing and relaxing massages and provide the pressure or technique that suits your requirements. If you want a massage, this is the place to come.. enjoy 😁

Outstanding massage. This is a kind of massage that heals you. Masseuses who work here (all trained by the owner, Moon) have such in-depth knowledge in anatomy and how to read client’s body. They really pay a lot of attention on healing. Very unique compared to many other places. I’d go there every other day to really correct and rejuvenate my body. Highly recommended.

After some failed experiences with “relaxing massages”, some befriended locals of ours recommended Moons place to us. We both have quite stressful office Jobs with a lot of sitting involved and daily stretching is not our strongest suit. So muscle shortness and almost daily muscle tension was part of our lives for quite awhile. Thats why we asked for the “healing massage”.

Don’t be fooled, healing was not easy. It took us hours of painful moments and even tears to release all those deep lying muscle tensions, shortness and trauma. But we always felt safe and good taken care of with Moon and her outstanding team. After our first healing massage our masseuses communicated directly to Moon which parts of our bodies are blocked and could be potential causes of our issues.

Yes, this place is definitely not a cosy spa like massage studio with absolutely silence and cheap prices. What you get here is a wonderful team that is only interested in their clients health issues and how to help them.

Getting treated by Moons healing hands was a real enlightenment as it helped us understand how our body is connected within itself, how it feels when your nerves flow through the whole body unblocked and what the sources of our year-long pain symptoms actually are.

Wow!! Everyone I asked suggested this place. I was able to walk in (off season), for an appointment that day. Moon is incredible. She personally trains all the staff and oversees their healing. The massage room is shared, you keep on your bottoms and if people are talking you do hear everything. I visited 3x in a week to help work on some issues. Sao was my masseuse and she is truly incredible and gifted, but honestly anyone you get will absolutely heal you. This is not your average massage.

I have been there because of the recommendation of our host, and it was absolutely fantastic. The owner of the Massage Salon is very nice and the place is very welcoming. The people working there are very chill and you instantly get a chilled vibe. After the massage, which was very good, I got a fresh tea and sat in the reception area, where I was able to slowly come back to reality. All in all a very refreshing, relaxing and pleasant experience, can only recommend!! :)

This is not your average tourist massage shop. Moon and her team go beyond that and are highly experienced and know how to work the body. Best massage I had in Thailand. Consider yourself lucky to be able to get a healing massage here.

Don’t hesitate, go here! All the reviews are true. You’ll get the best massage -ever, in the entire world- here in this Thai massage salon and you’ll get them in the traditional Thai way; on the floor, the therapist standing on your back. For parts of the massage, or course you’ll get kneaded and stretched as well. I feel like I’ve been reborn. I struggle with chronic pain and increased muscle tone due to scoliosis, herniated discs and lots of stress. Over the course of a week I’ve had an amazing mixed massage from Sai here, who has a gentle and strong touch at the same time. At the end of the massage he gently twists and turns you into assisted yoga-poses, to stretch your body and decompress your spine. And then I had 2x two-hour long healing massages from Kip. Kip is magical. He closes his eyes to feel your body respond during the massage and knows exactly what spots on your body need treatment. The massage is both gentle and relaxing but also a lot painful when he mercilessly pressures the muscle knots, in order to make them release and relieve you of pain and tightness you didn’t even realize you carried in your body. Oh and he knew to find the pattern of aches that’s caused by my scoliosis without asking. Part of which is deep in the hip and no therapist ever knows how to truly work those muscles. At this salon they do. I’m telling you, I feel like I’m reborn and my body feels light as a feather. I hope you get to experience this as well. ♥

I had the Healing Massage at Moon’s and it was the most memorable massage of my life, for real! Moon and her team have such in depth knowledge about the human body, and such great technique and strength when working through your knots, pains and issues. Unlike commercialised places where they just go through the motions, Moon’s team customise the massage to what you need and go the extra mile to release the tensions. Absolutely incredible experience! Moon and her team were very welcoming and provided us with an exceptional traditional Thai massage. Although the healing massage could be intense at times, it truly released muscle tension and alleviated pain effectively. Moon and her team have great understanding of the body and related problems, knowing exactly how to provide the right treatment. We're definitely coming back for more!

Incredible therapeutic experience! They do not just try to give you a basic relaxing experience they really work with you to identify injuries and peoblem areas on your body!
They have many menu options to choose from that you don't see often, but even then...
They will ask you questions to cater to the experience for what will actually help your body, not just temporary relief!

I was given recommend home stretches and a complimentary hot tea at the end! 10/10 experience. Felt more like physical therapy that really helped chronic pain I have had for years from the military

People here are trained by amazing Lady which is a Master of thai massage, she is an owner and the teacher of her team. She talks with customers making sure if everything is ok with the service and she run this place with her heart. I highly recommend this place and for sure I will be back here again.

Moon The best u can find in Thailand highly recommended! Healing massage is her own style combined with all the good stuff from Thai massage deepening on your problems you probably will need more then one session me in person took 4 and afterward I feel like 14 again. Just heaven for your hips and back but every problem can be fixed in detail I had big issues with my bicep muscle and shoulder my whole body position just changed.The whole shop is just gold for your body her employees are great as well! Goated massage parlour! Visited twice in the 3 days I stayed in Koh Lanta. The masseuse even gave a custom massage which was a mix between their healing and aloe vera (moisturising) massage. Might be the best massage I've had.

I just came out of getting a massage from Moon Massage, and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had many from my own home and several around Bangkok and Ao Nang, but Moon Massage was by far the best. I received many check ins to make sure the pressure was ok and that I was comfortable. Every employee was very kind and very attentive. I plan on coming back for the remainder of my vacation.

This was the best Massage I ever had in Thailand. There are so many other places to go which are cheaper so I thought there Must be a reason and they are often fully booked. And I was Right. The Massage was perfect. She felt every Point that needed attention and was always in the right intensity. Also what is also very Important to me: the Room Tempreture. Usually I am freezing. Not here.
