The Tree Riverside Kaeng Krachan

We had a wonderful two night stay here. Beautiful location right next to the river. The tents are amazing, very comfortable bed, great size room and very good bathroom and shower. The staff are great as is the onsite restaurant that has a good menu at very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend and we would certainly stay again.

The most beautiful place I have ever been in. The whole resort is so beautiful, so green, so peaceful, very insta friendly 😀 we were here in November and we felt like we're here alone. Room is beautiful and clean. Pool is refreshing, breakfast was good, you can just sit, swing and watch the river, the whole place makes such a good atmosphere. The WiFi works well everywhere. Staff is very friendly and smiling 😊 I hope I can come back one day. Really love this place ❤

Stayed in a tent room, which is definitely a glamping. Pretty impressed with the room, very comfortable, very comprehensive, not too small. Bathroom is decent. Aircon and shower are superb. Overall ambiance in the resort is also very nice. Staffs are pleasant. Will definitely come back.

A bit interior from the main city but that's what all other resorts and hotels are.

One suggestion is to provide room slippers, atleast in the non-suite rooms like twin-bed rooms.

There is a playground with limited amenities. It is exposed wide open to the elements. With no trees providing shade, it was too much for playtime in daytime. Disappointingly, the playground has limited features. The basic slide was not present. It felt more like it was there just to tick a checkbox to have a playground. There is a sizable pool in the middle of the resort. It seemed of a dated design. When we were there, the filtration was either broken, or in need of repair. There was a layer of distinguishable dirt like substances when the water was still.

The river upfront was no shallow gentle place to swim. At certain times of the day, the dam nearby released water and the current grew strong. Got to keep an eye on the children playing in the shallows on the banks. Alongside the water is a lovely picnic ground which features a campfire pit. Too bad they did not light it in the night. There are a couple of swings hanging from skyscraping trees. Some the classic swings and some the fancy ones that looks like a bird nest put on its sides. It was nice to stroll here in the morning when it was cool. And amazingly, this resort was not mosquito infested. Even in the notorious first hour of dusk, on the swings we were, with just a bite or two.

Dinner is best to be had in the resort. We had a Suki Moo Katak combo. We needed to book in advance because of the limited utensils they have. Although it was a simple standard meal, the pork was fresh, and the seasoning was well done. Outdoor we sat grilling away. The cool December air set in and made everything superbly pleasant. In the morning, breakfast was of average but decent spread. There was boiled rice and a couple of simple Thai dishes. Western spread included easy cooked sausages, ham, and eggs.

Sleep quality, we were surprised at how comfortable the beds were. The interesting night hours were occasionally inundated with weird animal sounds. And then there were the error chickens doing their cockatoo at 3 am in the morning. What really kept us awake was the pounding bass of music which they did not turn off at the restaurant. Because the night was exceedingly quiet, we could hear everything, including neighbors chatting behind the canvas of their tents . That said, any couple activity can also well be heard.

We were here for glamping, wanted to be close to nature, and yet desired all the proper comforts we find in a proper hotel. The tents were comfy indeed. In the confined space, there is a sofa , 2 single beds, flat screen TV plus a fridge. With electrical outlets distributed all over, we had no trouble charging our gadgets. The air-conditioning unit worked very well and brought winter like conditions. Outside, the searing heat in contrast. Toilet was clean but did smell weird. The shower, warm water worked fine. A very trendy tent for a very reasonable price, unlike certain glamping in Khao Kho which are ridiculously overpriced. Tents ether face a man-made pond or the river, and they are limited in numbers. Other accommodation types that we saw resembled Nordic like units spread across the resort. Suitable for and very popular with domestic travelers seeking to get away from the city, but not to a place too lively like Hua Hin on a long weekend.

Very nice resort grounds are amazing different choices off accommodation, chalet , tents or apartment all very high standard clean , comfortable wonderful views , excellent restaurant available food amazing spoiled for choice, excellent swimming pool and spa also gym nice gardens walk around , night time resort lights up well thought out nice evening walk , lots on offer out side the resort well worth checking out, can't wait to return

Very nice resort. We did our group's 3 year anniversary event and it was great. Khun Fah (events manager) is really helpful and managed our event very well.

Modern looking room just give this place a distinct look. Siting next to the flowing river really feels nice.

Spacious area with different types of accommodations to choose from. Good service and facilities. New and clean. Some type has a private pool too.
