River Tales Kaeng Krachan

Sweet little retreat tucked away. Hosted by a lovely couple. We enjoyed our two night stay here. Booked a tour when we arrived through the hotel reception too - there was an English speaking lady to help and explain the options. They also helped arrange transport to Koh Tao Pier. Nature around us was so pretty and appreciated!!

Less than a 3 hour drive from my condo in Bangkok, this was a perfect weekend escape from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and even gave a confirmation call the morning of my checkin day just to make sure everything was okay. The resort setting is absolutely beautiful. Everywhere one looks it is lush greenery and of course the cool flowing river. My room was amazing, from the outdoor cooking area to the fresh water pool to the indoor hot tub and of course the beautiful views. The ac was plenty cold and there was never a shortage of hot water. I ordered the bbq set from the resort and it was plenty of food. Before I forget, they also delivered fresh ice both days as well as charcoal for cooking.

Nice place to chill away from the city noise .. you can buy fresh food and grill it there .. the place provide charcoal and all you need to grill they provide too star pucks coffe machine with star pucks coffe, water and dishes and cutlery for the unit .. so nice place but you need to buy bug spray

This place really made me feel like I’m part of earth. I couldn’t get over the beautiful view we had in our villla. We had the river right in front of us. The staff was very nice I left my necklace there and they were nice enough to ship it 8 hours away, as I’m traveling all of Thailand. They have room service for food straight to your door. Room is small but has everything you need. Stayed one night wish I stayed longer but there full of reservations. Come while you can ! Breakfast was awesome. You’ll love it

Nature, Rafting, bbq, Glamping, Thai people, the good life... :)

A wonderful place close to the nature. Make reservation in advance! The early the better. The weekends are always booked already.

- Shabu in your room (Extra charge)
- The road -2 Kilometers before arriving to resort is really bad.
- Recommend Villa 1&2

Carefully designed tents to stay surrounded by nature and the river dive was awesome I liked the hygiene and the way we can cook in the place 🥰

Jumping into the river felt like heaven. The tents and bathrooms are clean. Friendly staff. I don't think they can speak English
