Wat Pikul Thong

An old temple that is revered by the local people. One of the Thai royal monastery. Has a giant Buddha's image decorated with 24k gold as a land mark. There is a long road that you can drive towards the giant buddha image, which is a very nice scene. There is also a community market beside the temple. Long parking lot along the temple's wall.

This is a temple I must visit whenever I am in Ayutthaya.

The temple ground is divided into two parts by a road. One part is the Ubosot where the main Buddha is enshrined. There is also a place for us to pay respect to Luang Phu Pae.

The other part of the temple ground is the big Buddha image, big Sangkazai and a Pikanet. You can see a big image of LP Pae in the wiharn next to the big Buddha.

A beautiful setting with a large golden Buddha. The avenue leading to the temple is quite majestic. There are flower gardens offering plenty of photo opportunities in the right seasons.

you can really see that they have invested so much into this temple with their landmark as a large bhuda statue. there is also a viewing point that overlooks the whole scenery.

Stunning temple grounds. Big and beautiful. But! I didn't see anything to do with Pikul Thong. That's my favorite Thai fairy tale!

One of the famous temple to visit if you are in Sing Buri, is big enough to spend 1 full day.

Very beautiful temple with an impressive entrance. The temple understands that families visit temples together in Thailand, and there designated selfie spots for you to take photos, including props like straw hats. I really enjoyed strolling around the pretty temple grounds and yes, taking a couple of selfies.

Sacred Buddhist place for both Buddhists and tourists should really visit. Peaceful and harmonious.

Very very Big Buddha

This is a beautiful and huge temple complex with a huge Buddha at its centre. Definitely worth a visit.
