Der Geschmack des Essen bei Mutter Malee ist gut. Besonders die Fisch- und Garnelensalate sind sehr lecker.
Auch der Service ist (manchmal) gut.
Aber diese Vorzüge sind nicht kontinuierlich!!

Was gar nicht geht ist,
wenn ein Gast ein gravierendes Problem oder eine Beanstandung hat, das sich Chef/Chefin nicht einmal bemühen, das Problem zu besprechen oder sich beim Gast zu entschuldigen!

!!Deshalb gibt es Punktabzug!!
