2023: the clinic really listen to client’s feedbacks & really try to improve the service, so decide to update my review. After finished my Invisalign, I continued to do teeth whitening here. The result was good & highly recommended!

2022: The service is good in general, especially the basic services like cleaning or whitening. However, for long treatment - eg. Brace or Invisalign, etc. please consider carefully.

This is my experience doing Invisalign here:

Pros:
- Scan & X-ray can be done at the clinic, very convenient. Deposit 10k THB, after receiving the plan/ result, in case you decide to go with the program, the Scan & X-ray will be included into the package.
- The doctor is very details oriented
- Easy to communicate via LINE

Cons:
- Appointment schedule: the doctor is too busy and it’s hard to get the appointment. I normally need to scheduled at least 1 month in advance, just to do the check up. If you get busy on appointment date, good luck or wait for 1-2 more weeks then 😄
- They didn’t have quite good management system to keep tracking with Invisalign company. My Invisalign plan got 2 months gap as the Sample got damaged during transportation. The finally agreed to provide a retainer for me (after long discussion) while waiting for new trays to come.
- Price: not cheap, Unlimited plan is ~20k more expensive than other clinics (comparing with 3 clinics in Sukhumvit area that my friends was doing)

I highly recommend the services in this clinic. First of all, the dentist is very knowledgeable and she speaks English. I appreciated that she explained every step of the procedure to me, so that I could learn and understand about my teeth even further. Besides that, all the other staff members were super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back here again next time! ❤

Very good service! Can be hard for an expat to find health services but really happy with my choice. Good english, explained the steps one by one and took time to listen and understand my problem.
