Very bad clinic. I do invisilign and in total I only see doctor 2 times. Doctor is always unavailable, either she is travelling, or she is pregnant or she is about to deliver. On top of that they made my teeth worst. And the doctor has no time to see me.

Highly unprofessional. They informed me 2 hours prior to my appointment that the doctor wasn’t going to be in the office. Then they changed my appointment location from this one to one in Thonglor. I went to the new location and after waiting for over 30 minutes I asked the gentleman at the front desk how much longer would the doctor take to see me. By which time he informed me that the doctor wasn’t even in the office. That it would be about 30 minutes or so for the doctor to arrive. Which means that the doctor was going to be late for over an hour after they already changed my appointment time and location. Poor customer service and communication.

แย่มาก วันนี้มีนัดบ่ายโมง เราไปก่อนเวลานัด ประมาณครึ่งชม. พอไปถึงบอกคุณหมอจะเข้าบ่าย2นะค่ะ กลับไปทำงานก่อนมั้ย? คือคุณรู้มั้ยเวลาของคนไข้สำคัญเท่าของหมอแหละค่ะ โทรมาแจ้งสักคำก็ไม่มี ถ้าโทรมาแจ้งจะไม่อะไรเลย เพราะเข้าใจว่าเกิดขึ้นกันได้ ปกติจะไม่คอมเพลนค่ะ แต่รอบนี้ไม่ไหวจริงๆ หมอก็หยิ่ง ทำมาเกือบปี ไม่เคยทักหรือถามคนไข้ว่าเป็นไงบ้าง มีอะไรหลุดมั้ย หมอเนี่ยคือไม่เคยเจอว่าจะหยิ่งอะไรขนาดนี้ ไม่เคยทักคนไข้ มีพูดแค่เพิ่มอุปกรณ์เตรียมเงินเพิ่ม หรือพูดตอนดุเราที่เคยไปสาย อยากเปลี่ยนหมอ แล้วก็อยากให้มีการปรับปรุงการสื่อสารและบริการ
