Jasmine Grande Residence

This hotel ticked all the boxes for me as it was value for money in a location I needed for a powerlifting contest I entered.
Nicest warmest welcome I’ve ever received a in a hotel with early checkin without me even asking.
I appreciated the large refrigerator, stovetop and microwave.
Right next door is the Pizza Company and there’s a 7/11 type store at bottom of the building.
They seem to cater to large Chinese tour groups so it was busy in reception but hardly anyone was at the pool or gym.
I will be staying there again next time!

I had an outstanding experience at the Jasmine . The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, the breakfast was delightful, and the location was simply amazing. The value for money was impressive, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

We stayed in Jasmine for 2 nights and our experience was very good. The rooms are very spacious and the staff is very friendly .The breakfast was good. Highly recommend this place for you and your family.

The hotel is in a nice quiet location, which is great and not so great: getting to the hotel from the major tourist areas late at night can be a challenge. On the plus side, guests are not inundated by pushy tuktuk drivers the moment they step out of the hotel, unlike more touristy hotels.

The front office staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Pretty much everyone understands English well enough, again in contrast to other hotels in Thailand that we stayed at.

There are free shuttles to the nearest metro station, about a kilometre away, every hour during daytime. This is invaluable.

The only little matter that wasn't ideal at the hotel was to do with maintenance / engineering: When we checked in, the bathtub stopper wasn't working, and the TV showed "No signal" in Thai. The handyman showed up quickly and fixed both issues, although our communication with him was limited to hand gestures and Google Translate. The Aircon was rather slow at cooking the room, but there wasn't anything the engineer could do about it.

Overall, a comfortable stay.

This hotel is fantastic, the service was excellent from the time we arrived till the time we left. The rates are very reasonable, I took the "including breakfast" rate which was a very good decision and is one of the best breakfasts I have had in any hotel in Thailand. The only reason I gave location a 4 is because it it quite a walk, around 1km to the BTS station, this would not stop me from booking into this hotel again though....quite outstanding.

Great hotel! I stayed one week here and I loved it.
The rooms are big and in pretty good conditions.
The people that works here are very welcoming and always ready to help.
The only downside would be the gym that is a little bit small with old machines but except that, everything is fine.

The staff always make or break a good stay, and the staff at this hotel are outstanding! Everyone I came across were extremely polite.
We had booked 6 nights at first but at last min booked a 7th night but on a second booking that booking had the 3 of us 2 adults and our 12 year old daughter in a single bed room, however when we got to the room they had upgraded us to a 2 bedroom at no extra cost, and we did not even ask for it. For the next 6 nights we had booked the 2 bedroom 120sqm room and its huge! And a total waste as our daughter decided that our bed and bathroom was better than her own room and bathroom lol so we will know next time to get a smaller 1 bedroom! As many say the negatives are the bed is typical to hard for most. They need to improve the water heaters with stronger units if the rooms have a bathtub. Like most apartments the walls are a little thin, and like almost all apartments the windows are paper thin allowing traffic noise to come in even on the higher floors.
But overall loved our stay here!

+ exceptional service, very helpful and welcoming.
+ well maintenance, clean and spacious.
+ good location close to BTS. There is also a supermarket and a post office within the building.
+ flavorful foods!
++ truly thanks to the team for special service while I was struggling with Covid19. I requested specific foods and they made it just how I like in every meals for two weeks!
- the place was taken for filming too often.
- keycard didn’t work sometimes.
- pillows were quite hard.

Everything was good, except Bellboy didn't help carry the bags. A chubby white man walked with his back to me.

I wish I stayed here longer. Cos it was so cheap I didn’t expect much until I got there. Room was very nice for what I paid, It had a little kitchen with cutleries making it convenient for the fruit I bought from a market. Location is a bit off but overall it was nice staying here

Family of 6 rented the 3 bedroom room - staff was very nice and friendly and room was huge and comfortable

Pool and gym are small but very cute

I like this hotel. The breakfast was so good with a lot of options to choose from. There is Max Value store on the first floor that open 24 hours. The room is big and convenient for stay like a family. The service was good. The BTS just 10-15 minutes by walk. Very comfortable to stay.

The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, family friendly, my son loves their pool and the playground.

Spacious & clean rooms recommend for everyone. Staff is very cooperative & friendly. Great view from room balcony. Only thing require is to renovate lobby furniture.
