This is the absolute best place to stay. The staff are all top tier, and they treated my family with great care. Room service makes you want to stay in and the chef is of the highest caliber. Try the entire menu, we did, with no disappointments. The shower was excellent with the best water pressure. Beds were the most comfortable of all we've slept in during our 3 months travel. The tvs are huge, at least 50 inch, and they had several channels in English. The pool was clean and very inviting, with a large grassy area next to it. Fitness center had all you need and more. To top it off the full wrap around patio and wall to wall windows made your room very open with an outstanding view. The location couldn't be better as it was just feet away from the BTS and walking distance to many malls and other shopping. We only stayed a week but the staff made us feel like family. Oh. Don't forget breakfast, so delicious and again the staff are top notch there too.

This place is super cute and clean! The service was amazing and gracious while the rooms were spacious. They even have a restaurant, gym and pool/garden area. If you are traveling to Bangkok and want something central, reasonably prices, clean and cute then you should certainly give this place a try. Also its super close to the skytrain and near a bunch of places to eat.

The location is very convenient as it is really close to a BTS station. The rooms are very spacious, and staff are very friendly, prompt and helpful. The residence has a beautiful pool area, a 24hrs access gym, separate saunas for male and female patrons, washing and drying machines, as well as in house spa, so getting a massage is always easy to arrange. The only minor thing is it is located right next to a school, so during the week, when they hold their morning assembly it is rather loud, and if you're a light sleeper like me than sleeping in won't be an option. Nothing a good pair of ear plugs couldn't fix though. Would definitely recommend.

The place to be if you stay in Bangkok! Very good location, direct access to the BTS Train. Right at famous Sukhumvit road Very large, spacious and new rooms. Good value for money considered to many other places. Friendly, good breakfast. Limited restaurant for Dinner but there are plenty of choices outside the hotel.

One of the best hotel I have stayed in Bangkok. Very good service of reception and house cleaner. Very spacious room and very clean. The bathroom, with shower room and bath tub, with amenities, is half the size of the room. With big fridge, electric cooker and microwave in the room complete with basic kitchen utensils. But this time, they only serve breakfast in the room, where you order in advance. There is a swimming pool and relaxation area. The BTS Bangchak station, just a stone throw away from the hotel, there is 711 on the right below the footbridge and 2 more across the street. There is also the usual Banngkok street market area across the road, with lots of food stalls.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at. I went a little over what I normally pay in Bangkok but what I got was 3 times better than what I normally get at about 25% higher cost. This will be my new go to hotel in Bangkok. I had also booked a 1 bedroom and was upgraded at check-in to a 2 bedroom that overlooked the pool. We didn't experience any issues here and the staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were very big and had a tv in the bedrooms and the living room. Breakfast was high quality and the internet was very good. The only downside I experienced was that the corridors were all open air and the lift is not air conditioned so they can be very hot.

I stayed at the Viva Garden Serviced Residence for over six months, from March to October 2020, all through the partial lockdown. I found them a very professionally run hotel and well worth the money. The studio was comfortable and impeccably maintained, with a kitchen and a balcony with beautiful views, and strong WiFi. The front desk would willingly do all kinds of business services for me, like printing, PDF, immigration reporting support etc. The location mere steps from Bang Chak BTS was a huge plus - easy access to BKK city center, and also an interesting neighborhood to explore with lots of street food. Their Covid prevention measures were serious and professional. Highly recommended.

Staff super friendly, location is near bts, only 1min walk, bts with escalator super convinient, not much to shop nearby but easy travel to other places, good price, clean room

Located in Bangkok's Bangjak Station, the hotel was quiet, spacious, and all the facilities were moderately perfect.The employees are kind and friendly. Across from the hotel, the market is open everyday, so you can buy and eat food and fresh fruit.

Stayed in the familyroom for 4 nights. This hotel is very child-friendly, and has high chairs available for our infants. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is conviently located close to the skytrain station BangChak, from which you can go to the city center in 25 minutes.

The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna and a small gym. It has a nice breakfast with a selection of western and asian food, there are some fresh fruits as well. Outside of breakfast hours the restaurant serves thai as well as western style dishes. The room is very clean.

Great playground for kids, good babysitter service and very close to sky train. The staff is very friendly. Would recommend this as a great value if your in Bangkok for more than a day.

Very nice and clean apartments. Staff are professional and helpful, always with a smile. MRT station 100 m away so its easy to get into the city center.

- I just had my dinner, only finished 5% of the steak. Ordered roasted Australian steak but the meat was horrible, I called it flipflop meat. I can only finished the mashed potato and spinach.
+ Everything but the steak :) the services, the kindness, the pool, the area, the smell, very near to the station. I'll stay here again for sure.
