พี่ๆบริการดีมากค่ะ

The positives are that the branch is comfortable and not busy. Some staff members are reasonably polite. Money exchange experience was bad. 2.5 stars rounded up…

1) They took my foreign currency away at the entrance and it was not in my view anymore. (I recommend taking a photo of your notes to make sure if they reject the newer notes they don’t swap them for fakes while you are not looking…)

2) Then they gave me a form to fill and did not tell the exchange rate until I demanded it (don’t want to waste time filling out a form if the rate is bad).

3) Their rate was different than listed on Bangkok bank website (slightly worse, but it was corrected when I pointed that out).

4) It took 20+ min to buy less than 5000 THB with almost no other customers in the branch.

This is all considering I was a customer at this branch before since I live here.
