Sambo Mambo Beach Hotel

Being totally honest and fair. it is a great place to be, the service was great and fast. The people are very friendly and respectful. The previous reviews do not match with my experience at this place.

One of the best places to come. The beach is very nice. The place is newly remodeled. Rooms are a little tight with 6 persons but the beds are comfortable. Foods not bad but. expensive.

. My family and I visited this place everything was fine until we ordered our food. Food was cold when they brought it to our table . Talked to the manager on site to straighten it up he didn’t care a thing all of the employees there don’t have any training on how to treat customers. Please stay away as much as you can from this place. This place suck !!!

We stayed at Sambo Mambo Beach Hotel for 5 days. It was a amazing experience. The rooms were very comfy and clean. The food was delicious. Really enjoyed the service and hospitality from Jeanette and staff. The beach out front is safe for swimming and goes for miles. It’s hard to find a nicer sunset anywhere else. Great security with ample parking. Overall it was a great experience during our stay. I will return.

Great experience with friendly and attentive staff. Truly is a magical place with calming walk to pool, restaurant and beach. We enjoyed the food and fruit drinks were amazing. Our girls had lots of fun in the pool and then walking on beautiful beach.

Jannette was an amazing Host and shared various commonalities - she truly made my dad’s family and I feel right at home! Sambo Mambo easily makes its mark for hospitality equivalent to any five star resorts anywhere else in the world. The staff is super well connected and can call local vendors for beach activities such as boat rides or horse back riding! Though we stayed during the off season, the pool and pool bar were well kept. The rooms were well kept with AC. I truly cannot complain (maybe the overpriced beer) but hey what’s a vacation without paying a lil’ extra for alcohol. 5/5 recommend for any international traveler or locals looking for a day stay in El Cuco!

- DESDE EL MOMENTO QUE LLEGAMOS POR 2 DIAS, FUIMOS RECIVIDOS POR EL SEÑOR OSCAR CON MUCHO CARISMA / PROFECIONALISMO EN LA OFICINA PRINCIPAL.
- POR CAUSAS DE LA LLUVIA, TENIAMOS MUCHA ROPA MOJADA EL CUAL LO MENCIONE A OSCAR Y EL NOS OFRECIO AYUDA PARA SECARLA LA CUAL NOS LA ENTREGARON ASTA DOBLADA.....

- RESTAURANTE.....DELICIOSOS ALIMENTOS CON UN PERSONAL MUY AMABLE........."GEOVANNI" UNA GRAN PERSONA.....MUY ATENTO, LLAMANDOME AL REFERISCE A MI POR MI NOMBRE. SIEMPRE PENDIENTE QUE NADA NOS HICIERA FALTA.....Y MUY FLEXIBLE A HACER AJUSTES O CAMBIOS EN LA COMIDA AL TOMAR LA ORDEN.

- LA SEGURIDAD ......POR LA NOCHE ME LLEGARON A AVISAR QUE LAS VENTANAS DE EL AUTO ESTABAN ABIERTAS Y UNA FUERTE TORMENTA SE APROXIMABA, PROSEDI A SERARLAS Y GRACIAS A LA ATENCION DE LA SEGURIDAD DE EL HOTEL NO SE ME MOJO EL INTERIOR DE EL AUTO.

- POR LA NOCHE SALIMOS A CAMINAR. UNA AREA MUY TRANQUILA CON MUCHOS NEGOCIOS CERCANOS Y TODO MUY SEGURO COMO TODO EL PAIS EN ESTOS MOMENTOS.

Este es un buen lugar para difrutar , una bonita vista cuando subes a la terraza del Restaurante puedes observar el atardecer . tienen una bonita piscina, la habitaciones muy comodas con aire acondicionado camas comodas y grandes

Que lugar más bonito (no sé de las habitaciones porque no me quedé a dormir pero fue una experiencia bien bonita)
