Hotel Diery

Been second time with whole family . Great traditional Slovak food. Absolutely beautiful design of a restaurant. Very friendly staff with smile on their faces which is always great to see. Very clean and tidy place , also kids had a fun in little kids play area which is always plus to keep them entertained while waiting for a food.

Short waiting time for food as we have been waiting only for 15 minutes from ordering and I can tell they were busy as restaurant was half full.
If you want a traditional Slovak food when you around this area , definitely head to this one ! You won’t be disappointed.

A great hotel. The large rooms are newly renovated with very comfortable beds / sleep. Wide selection breakfast. They have a traditional Slovak restaurant on site with great dishes. Their sauna world is included as well plus one can have a massage in the hotel. Super nice staff and the most beautiful receptionists in a long while.

Great quick stop after of hiking

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Diery. Hotel is clean and decor is nice. Our room was quite spacious with a pretty view, only complaint would be a bit uncomfortable bed. Otherwise its very well equipped, even with bathrobes, slippers and bowl of fruit. Breakfast is better than expected with great selection for everybody. Also wellness centre with 3 saunas and 2 jacuzzis is well worth visiting. Its looks and feels great with relaxing music, candles and this overall zen feeling, especially with snow outside. Staff is very nice and helpful. This hotel is a great choice, I recommend it and will come back for sure.

Now its my 13th year visiting the same place every time we are in Terchova
Me, my wife and my kids simply love it. The owners, the atmosphere, the service, the local food, the wellness are 5 stars. I fully recommend it👌

I stayed one night with my five friends here during our mountain biking travels through out Slovakia. I have only good things to say about this place and would recommend it to anybody. The service was professional, friendly, and responsive towards our requests. We really enjoyed their wellness center after good day of biking. The food in the restaurant was really good, and we all appreciated their locally brewed beer as well. The buffet style breakfast was something that would satisfy any body. Next time I am staying here again.

Truly amazing hotel with excellent price/quality ratio. Location is top, breakfast is great and the included access to the welness with saunas and jacuzzis is very welcome after a good hike in the amazing Mala Fatra park. The restaurant serves traditional food and the personnel is very friendly. Our room was of good side, excellent bed and a balcony with view on the mountains. Bathroom very nice and everything clean.

Great waitresses in restaurant Koliba (hotel Diery) which were so pleasant, fast and takes care so well about their customers. They were doing their job on 120%. I haven't seen such care in a really long time. So thank you all that girls who working there. Thank you very much for saving our lives as you know no taxi exists there and no bus came so one waitress helped us after work to get home. Big thanks to her!

Very nice and clean hotel, good located right at the beginning of the famous hike (Jánošíkove diery, Rozsutec). Hotel includes welness with two jacuzzi and 3 saunas. Breakfast in slovak style which you enjoy to the maximum. Love it. Should be definitely rated as more than 3 star hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and very cozy rooms.

Great traditional Slovak food. And good place to start/finish the Janosikove Diery trails.

Unbeatable location! Staff friendly and kind - breakfast was amazing! And there is plenty of activities for the small kids

We stopped here to ask about the trails and have lunch. The young lady at the desk was very helpful, did her best with english, and suggested we rent crampons, which were lifesavers

Koliba - The best place for food in Terchová. Slovak cuisine, perfect service, good prices. Accommodation on a perfect level.

The best food in Hotel Diery - Koliba Diery. Veru nice place for touristic and wellnes after. Hotel Diery is situated in the middle of beautiful nature in National Park Little Fatra.

Everything was perfect, the place, atmosphere and the price as well.

Good beds, nice location, helpful staff, relaxing jacuzzi and sauna.

Cannot wait to return and see all that beautiful nature again! 🤓
