Cottage under Chleb

This is a standard all modern cottages should aspire to. Showers included in price of accomodation, large tea cups, a common sleeping room - but clean and with a great view. Nice staff, delicious food. Things to remember - you have to pay for your stay in cash. The yellow hiking trail can be very slippery, so watch out when descending after sunset. Maybe some reflective band on a pole here and there would do the trick :) A self-cooking place would be a nice touch. Great place :)

Five stars hotel, so close to the sky and hearts of people, who love mountains and adventure. Great cuisine.

Very good experience, lot of seating space, very good food, variaty of both food and drinks to choose from. There are board games and books available to.pass the time. Also we had a good laugh about the way the staff was calling tourists to pick up their food - Not sure if this usual at the cottage but we certainly enjoyed the funny comments through a megaphone😆

The chef cooks excellent. So tasty meals even cakes were so delicious.Staff was very kind. Everything was super. Thank you very much. We will recommend it to everybody.

Reasonable prices for delicious meals. Freshly innovated. The 3 ladies serving us were absolutely georgeous, wonderful and friendly.
I think I will come again just to see those 3.
If you want smaller room with fewer people, book it soon. During the weekends it is a very busy place.

There are only two options: either you love it or you love it :)

Cache only. Rooms have to be booked in advance. Nice restaurant with very good options considering the place location. Outdoor sitting. Camp place for tents avialable. Free wifi. Kitchen closes at 9PM. Bar closes at 11PM. Very willing and friendly staff.

After a long hike, it is the best place for kofola, beer or strudel with whipped cream.

Very nice place. Very friendly service. Good beer and very tasty food. Especially mutton stew and hemnedex. Beds are OK. Shower costs one euro. There is also big attic with plenty place for sleeping. I'm sure, I'm going to return there someday :)

I loved this place, but I also arrived there beibg very hungry, so any place offering food would have made me happy. I had a lamb goulash (soup) which tasted really good, and kept me going on the difficult hike. The service is good, but it's mainly pointing with fingers when ordering as they don't speak that much English.

Very nice place with a beautiful views. You can walk there or you can take a cabin lift and walk the range only and enjoy the view.

The hut offers essentials. It is NOT a Dolomite hotel-style bs. Be ready for that and bring everything you might need. However, the food is awesome: they cook everything themselves from scratch. You are gonna sleep in a room with many people on a bunk bed or in the attic on a mattress, but hey, you are hiking and enjoying the nature. In winter they heat like crazy so you should not suffer from being cold. If they are booked out, you can raise a tent next to the hut.

Almost no options for vege food. If You can ask politely, the service can make You nice vege dinner and they serve evth quickly ;) They have very good Slovakian and Chech beer. Few heaters to dry your wet clothes and boots. Warm inside. Quite low prices! Beds are old and not comfotable enough. Beautiful views reward all inconveniences!

Very nice exterior and interior, modern and clean. Cozy, at least one vegan food opiton - veggie soup.

Great hut to stay in summer and winter aswell. There are 23 beds in three rooms and with a sleeping matrace and sleeping bag you can sleep in the attic on numerous banks. Welcoming staff is serving various local meals, soups and plates. You can also have a breakfast if you order it in the evening. You can choose from various drinks, such as tea, beer from tap or shots. You shouldn't miss the locals favourite borovička with gentian.

Great cottage, everything was perpect, thanx for having us, just continue with same passion and attitude.

You don't really have any other option when hiking around this area but I would not worry about it, it is a good place to stay for some drinks or some food.

great food, awesome location. Must go when in Mala Fatra (bryndzove halusky top! (6€) and beer 0.5l for 2€).
