Mountain cottage with spacious restaurant serving drinks and smaller meals. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Great for rest during hiking.

Everything is great except the soy sausages for veggie breakfast :) We stayed in a room for 4 (two nights) and liked everything about it - the beer, the vibe, the dinner food. One of the top cabins in the Tatras that I've been too, and not overly expensive.

Nice mountain restaurant with friendly staff and large portion of food. Only 5 km nice way up to cottage. For way down you can use scooter

Beutiful place after hiking. You can find there refreshment as food and drinks. Many people can be served. Scooters are ofered to purchase for downhill to carpark.

Nice place where you can get coffee and something to eat after your hiking trip. The restaurant can get crowded in case it's nice weather and everyone goes for a walk.

Nice and friendly staff, restaurant, food. You can stay overnight or just refresh yourself and carry on your trip (hike, bike, ski, snb)

Mountain cottage which also serves as a tourist hotel/shelter if you need, fully equipped with a window-serving restaurant and quite a large variety of foods and beverages, and free restrooms. Cottage is avalanche proof due to past events and regular avalanches in this area. You can find a symbolic cemetery, 50m behind the building dedicated to people who lost their lives in Tatras and mountain accidents.
Waling up to the cottage is pleasant hike, you can chose route in forest or an asphalt road ending right in front of the cottage. In winter you can bring your own skis and sky down the road you came up and during summer you can rent a bike and ride down, though the road is in a terrible condition. Also don't forget to stop by at the old mine near the start called Medvedia stolna with very funny guides and interesting story.

Wide selection of meals and soups. Pilsner lager, cash only. Nice refresh after long hike.

Good price, clean beds, hot water. The host was a bit unpleasant but overall experience was good. This is an excellent accommodation for hiking and off track skiing.

Great mountain hut with good food and good service. It is high mountain area, so be aware of the weather and conditions.
