Hotel Koliba Gréta

We got stranded due to a faulty battery. Somehow we met the guys and they immediately jumped up and checked out the problem. They ran down to the workshop and soldered the terminals back. They did not accept any payment nor drink... super amazing people, highly recommend the place!

We were there in a group of around 13 friends. We had meals, drinks and desserts. Everything was tasty, nobody had a single complaint. Portions were more than decent with one exception (beef cheeks). Prices average higher. But the most incredible experience was staff. His acting was almost theatrical but not invading. And at the end we got a shot of our own choice on house.

Lovely place. Staff is amazing (specially waiters) they really make us feel welcome. Facilities and the massages are top. We had an unforgettable Easter break.

I went here for a wedding party. There's a very nice church 7kms away, so we got back to Greta for the afternoon and evening party. The staff was wonderful, very friendly, everyone speaks English well and they're always around. The rooms are clean, neat and very comfortable. You get to sleep in cottages basically, so you don't have to worry about loud neighbors. There's a nice lake right next to it, perfect for sunset pictures, and a barn where the party took place.

Awesome, friendly and warm place, I'll definitely visit again!

Great place. Went there on Monday but there seemed to be no lack of quality or profesionality from the staff.
Waiter even though he was just summer worker knew the offer and was very helpful and offered advice.
Food was delicious atmosphere was great.
It is baby and pet friendly.

I will suggest this place to anyone looking for a nice lunch.

Will be coming back.

We love to eat there. the stuff was very friendly and helpful everytime get a big table for 6 people.
the food was unforgettable. we ordered variations of halusky (national slovak food).
fantasic atmosphere with a lot of wood constuctions.

Beautiful resort just a 5 minute walk from the lake. Well maintained grounds with huge kids play area. Lovely, pine cabin themed rooms. Lovely breakfast included. Friendly staff and good menu.

We've been there during company's team building for dinner. Food was very tasty, nice assistants and great services. There was a gypsy music band and they were doing live performance. I can really recommend restaurant at all. It's surrounded by wood cabins for possible night stand.

Amazing waitors, lovely place and very tasty food. The best ribs I’ve ever had.
Prices are higher, but all in all it’s definitely worth it.

Great stop on the way around Liptovská Mara fron north side, as this restaurant resort is on a bank of named lake and also is a cross road to continue to Liptov region or Orava region. Great food, fast service, prices $$, quality nice. This place is expanding rapidly, with cottages to sleep over or to send some vacation, huge great wooden barn to have celebrations in f.e. wedding here would be awesome. Stop by e éry tíme you are travel Ing around, either on bike, cár or motorcycle, very friendly place to visit. Oh, fantastic kids attractions as well. Overal at least 9/10

I stay there for three nights. Everybody friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant very good, many choices for tasty dinner. The breakfast also served with hot choices like eggs on beckon :). Rooms clean and quite big.

My friend had wedding here. The service was exceptional and food was delicious. Highly recommended. The surrounding is very nice with nice garden party theme :)

Very nice place, great, professional and pleasant service. Very tasty meals and soups, great coffee and dezerts. And last but not least kids are warmly welcomed and can spend very nice time at outdoor playground 👍. Strongly recommended 🙂

We spent a wounderful holiday there with 22 colleagues (it was a ski weeekend).
Everything was nice (environment, rooms, staff, food, etc) especially they offered a traditional grill event with delicious food.
