Preauthorisation was returned within 12 hours.
Car was brand new and they upgraded with higher class.

Great experience and the lady was very polite and helpful even though our plane was delayed by 2hrs to 11pm arrival!

Renting process was OK. Car was OK. But, after-rent services is terrible. I left specific instructions for the invoice to be issued to the company name. They did not comply. Then, I communicated with customer service department. No result. They have not complied.
It has been two weeks. They still have not released the hold on my card credit. I am really angry. They seem to not care.

Terrible experience. First of all this place closes at 3.30 pm so if your flight arrives after that you can't pick up the car until the next day. This is total nonsense. Why would you have car rental at the airport but close it before last flight arrives???!
Secondly, because of the above I had to make my way back to the airport the next
morning to pick up the car. I have originally booked pick up time at 10 am however being in foreign country struggled to organise drop off on time I have arrived 2,5 hrs later. I was told by a rather rude staff member that because I'm late they gave my car which I have already paid for to someone else. They told me that I could have another one but smaller with manual transmission despite the fact that I have already paid for automatic! So in summary: you can't pick up your car after 3. 30 and if you are a little bit late they will give your car that you already paid for to someone else . If you are lucky they will graciously give you a smaller car with manual transmission! Shocking! Never again

Unpleasant final experience. They have charged me extra 60 euros to clean few spots on the seats! Nobody ever mentioned that this would be chargable extra, otherwise would clean it myself. Looks like they trying to get extra money from their clients. Very shortsighted...

Check in spot is rather hidden from the others on the other side of the terminal. Was hard to find initially. Also, adding an extra driver was much more expensive than in Croatia in which everything else tourist related is more expensive than in Košice. Weird pricing overall.

Office is close 3:30pm so the charge me 30€. Person he given the key not really nice, i don't need this but i pay.
Not point to flying to Kosice and take car from them after 3:30pm.
Not more rental from Europcar. 100%

Horrible experience I booked car with unlimited mileage, but instead i was given a different car with limited mileage couldn't even get to destination and back ..They charged me.56 euro extra ..Never again.
