A very beautiful cathedral. It amazes with its gothic, upward-looking interior. The cathedral is very huge. You can look at it endlessly. Especially outside there are many sculptures and bas-reliefs.

The church has amazing architecture and decorations. You can also visit the tower and enjoy the view, but you need to climb many stairs. It totally worths it.

It is definitively a number one must see when visiting Košice. Question is, which tickets are worth of buying, as this cathedral offers various combination. There are no guided tours available at weekends, so we bought whole cathedral (5 eur) plus entry to neighboring chappel of st. Michael. Included crypts in cathedral are nothing special, but access to two towers is definitely worth of buying whole package tour/ticket.

The Cathedral is so beautiful and relaxing. We paid 2 euros/person the entrace on the groud floor. If one wants to visit the tower also must pay 5 euros.

The Cathedral of Saint Elizabeth is a beautiful church well worth visiting. It is a wonderful example of high gothic architecture with some very nice altars, including the spectacular central one. You can go up the rather unique double helix stairs and take in the view from the balcony. You can also go down into the crypt and climb the tower. It is located in a pretty garden in the middle of the main road.

A stunning church to visit. There is no entry fee, but they do charge you 2€ to take photos. Beautiful architecture, organ, stained glass windows and many alters and prayer rooms to see and experience. Anyone is allowed to sit and pray or meditate or just have a rest inside. You can also buy a brochure about the church in english for 1€ at the little shop inside the church. I found this very handy when walking around inside and out, with much information and history of the church outlined. On the left of the church entry, is the entry to the church tower. Do yourself a favour and pay the 2€ to go up - totally worth the money and effort! The view for the top is fantastic! A great was to see Košice!

A magnificent cathedral in the center of Košice. Both outside and inside are magnificent. We were fortunate to attend mass at the cathedral.

Must seen building in Košice, I love decorations and layout of this building.
Feel free to come here if you need anyone to tell your problems to. It's quite uniquely build architectonic piece of christian culture that you can only see in city of Košice. While you are at it feel free to visit food shops or other shops in general that are located in nearby area. This place is center for tourists.

Nice old town with some interesting places and beautiful architecture, one of them is St. Elisabeth's Cathedral. We enjoyed our time here during winter, which everything was beautifully covered with snow. The old town is easy to get around and doesn't take much time to see whole area of the old town

Magnificent temple! The architecture of the temple is not typical for this area! Entrance costs 2 euros! Definitely recommended to visit!

It’s truly a colossal church. Very ornate and standing out from far away. The outside pattern reminds of those of Vienna’s Stefansdom. Surely worth visiting when in Košice.

The tower only opens at 9AM so we weren’t able to go up.

Magnificent cathedral, the easternmost Gothic one in Europe. Can't be missed when visiting Košice. You can Also go up its Northern Tower for a great view of the centre.

Definitely the standout landmark in Kosice, one of the most beautiful cathedrals in Europe. Beautiful during the day and at night.

Free to visit the interior, and 3 Euro to climb the tower to get the best view of the town.

Interesting fact is this and the other churches in Kosice were all connected via underground tunnels/catacombs - which you can walk through also.

Very nice mass during the afternoon in the working days. It included quite a lot of young people and have really good atmosphere.
The place looks spectacular/rich and calm at the same time - that is unique in gothic churches.

It is an attraction located in the center of city Kosice. It is worth visiting. There was a wedding when we arrived there, but we still could visit.

Most dominant and beautiful cathedral in Slovakia. Just visit and enjoy the architecture. Looks best in winter with all the lights on.

It's a cathedral, majestic, but as a local, I'm used to seeing it. There is more to this place than it seems, the tower(s), the double stairs... lots of things to look at and appreciate.
