Dobra skusenost, velmi ochotna pani Obsutova a tiez riaditelka pobocky, pomohli vybavit vsetko co bolo treba, velmi rychlo a milym pristupom.

Probably the most disorganised branch I have ever experienced. The foreign student wanted to open the bank account and submitted papers at the beginning of november for approval. The branch was supposed to call in week. After they didnt, we came again and ask for update. They said their colleague is not in office and we should come on monday. We came again, another lady said that they still didnt get response from their HQ. Today, after 4th visit, we got the same answer.
VUB banka is good bank, but this branch is not working professionally

Myslel som si ze zamestnanci na pobočke sú na to aby poradili a pomohli keď už dávame banke peniaze nie nato aby sa tvárili kyslo a neochotne.

Zbytočne veľa zamestnancov, ktorý len sedeli zatiaľ čo ďalšia zamestnankyňa mala plno. Zbytočne čakanie.
