Hotel Bankov Košice

Let me say a big thanks from Hungary. :)
We have stayed for one night and really enjoyed our time here. We will definitely come back for more nights, next time with kids too. Staff was kind and helpful, the rooms were great, beds are a little bit on the softer side for our taste. The restaurant had nice continental breakfast, and it was fresh and tasty. Wellness was also nice. The whole experience was great. I recommend this wonderful place for everyone! :)

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was amazing. Lovely friendly staff. Beautiful spa. Everything was so clean . Great massage. And fantastic food. I would strongly recommend it to couples and families.

My first stay at the Hotel Bankov, Košice – 81 years after some members of my family visited it!

It is in a very nice setting and the hotel itself is a beautiful building, but with all the modern amenities that you would need. The room was very comfortable, leading to a good night’s sleep. The food excellent with a good selection and as much as to eat as you need.

One of the hotel’s best features is the staff, they are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.

I would definitely stay here again.

After one year of my stay I can only have gratitude for such a friendly and beautiful hotel. The owners, staff, front house and restaurant are amazing.

Being the oldest hotel in Slovakia, this place is magical when it comes to its setting and architectural style. It is a hidden gem, a place where good taste, cosiness and luxury meet in an unique way. Love it, will definitely back and couldn't possibly recommend it more...it is absolutely worth experiencing!

Bearing in mind that this is a very old hotel, it is quite well kept amd still has that wonderful charm of a grand old lady.

The personnel is super friendly and the spa is adequate. The Finnish sauna isn't as good as it could be, would benefit from better ventilation but it was still enjoyable.

We came as a big group so I can't rate the catering other than that the buffet food was fine, also the breakfast.

ROMANTIC STAY DURING THE WEEKEND
For me, a 5 stars hotel!
Me and my girlfriend had very special romantic weekend in the hotel and everything was perfect!
Breakfast buffet with lots to eat and drink, delicious dinners, very friendly staff (all of them able to speak english), wellness included (a new jacuzzi is being set up), really big and nicely prepared room. It is the oldest slovak hotel in operations and you can feel the history behind, but everything is well maintained and make you feel at home. I truly think is one of the best hotels in Slovakia in terms of value for money. Recommended!!

Love this hotel. amazing hotel, in the woods and very close to the city center, very good wellness, the rooms are beautiful and clean and restaurant offers excellent food. the outer part of the restaurant is excellent, there is also a relaxation area for parents - double swings, and for children an excellent playground with everything possible. they also had a ping pong table, the only thing that wasn't finish was a petanque court. We hope on our next visit will be finish and running.
There is picnic place right next to the hotel (20m), and they prepared for us an amazing picnic basket. We had lunch there. perfect, I highly recommend. and the staff we met were very nice, well trained.
We hade time to walk around, you will love it.

Beautiful building in a beautiful location. Attentive staff and delicious fod

Very nice hotel full of history in a beautiful surroundings of Bankov, it is the oldest working hotel in Slovakia. Hotel is very nice ans clean, personal is great as well. They have also wellness which is pretty nice. Food is also great.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy, wellness was perfect, food was delicious. The staff was very friendly.

Thank you for supporting Ukraine during hard time! I didn't visit your hotel, but I would like after we win the war. Slovakia is real friend!

The hotel is located in a very nice place, the staff is really kind and welcoming, the structure is fabulous, with a very pleasant sauna and swimming pool.

A great hotel where treating guest is a habit.
A spa with a massage staff that is fantastic.
Management knows how to keep it good.
Spent 3 days here so I know the quality.

Superb hotel with good 4 star service. Quite far from city centre but free taxi to centre once a day offered.
Kitchen was very good. Nice historical atmosphere and friendly staff.

We were there for a wedding and besides the beautiful surroundings, the lovely interior and great service, we also had quite good traditional food and an overall lovely night!
