Wonderful stay at Hotel Alexander during stay here. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Well maintained and sauna/spa area was immaculate.

You know it. The great hotel and services make a great staff. In this case, I gave a TOP 5 stars rating. Starting from people from service, kitchen and ending with a great management. The Hotel is exceptionally clean. And food? Best in region. I strongly recommend to use this hotel during your stay or managing your event in this region!

Hotel reconstructed around 2015. Meet modern requirements. Tasty restaurant :) Nice nature around.

Hotel Alexander sme navštívili už 2krát .Čo sa týka ubytovania v obidvoch prípadoch sme boli nadmieru spokojný izba bola čistá sprchovací kút a toaleta taktiež. Pri príchode na recepciu nás privítali milé recepčné, ktoré boli ochotné odpovedať na čokoľvek sme sa informovali. A kuchyňa vynikajúce jedlo dostatok všetkého 👍. Čo sa týka hotela Alexander spokojnosť. A keď že sme mali možnosť využiť aj bazény v hoteli Ozón tak tam by sme vytkli iba to že sme sa za hodinu a pol nedostali malého bazéna pretože niektorí ľudia si ho doslova privlatnili. Keď sme tam prišli postaršie dámy tam už sedeli a po celú tú hodinu a pol neuvolnili miesta iným ľuďom aj keď za nimi bol vyvesený oznam že tam môžu byť iba 20 minút. To by si ten pán, ktorí na to dohliada mal dať do poriadku. Ďakujeme

Všetko bolo fajn, tak ako to má byť. Personal usmiaty, izba, stravovanie, welnes, všetko na požadovanej úrovni. A ešte recepcia vybavila moju požiadavku nadštandardne. Určite sa vrátime. bwd
