The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Front desk people very polite. The bedrooms are very well taken care of, with a very good shower. Breakfast is really great and well served.
Over all a great experience.

Moja ocena dotyczy restauracji, a nie usług hotelowych, z których nie korzystałem.
Jest to jedna z największych restauracji w Bardejovie, znajdująca się u "wrót" do rynku tego miasta. W karcie znajdziemy wybór różnego rodzaju potraw, charakterystycznych dla słowackiej i czeskiej kuchni. Obsługa sali na plus. Zamówione dania zostały szybko podane, w odpowiedniej kolejności. Potrawy były smaczne. Porcje duże. Jeżeli chodzi o piwo dostępny był jedynie Pilsner urquell, chociaż w karcie było więcej gatunków. Na minus zapach z kuchni (zapach smażenia), który wypełniał salę i wnikał w ubrania.

Krásny priestor, vhodné na posedenie. Vo vnútri sa nefajčí čo je veľmi fajn. Obsluha milá, každú chvíľu prišla či je všetko ok.
Ubytovanie neviem posúdiť, my sme boli v časti so vstupom od kruháča.
