Great local food, big portions and service. If you are starving it’s better to order a soup since waiting time takes a while. Other than that it’s absolutely great.
Tried pierohy, fried cheese, garlic soup and kapustnica - truly recommend.
Btw amazing bread served with soups 🫶

We were there for a lunch after our hike in the High Tatras.
This restaurant was a perfect choice.
They have a very good kitchen and very delicious food as well. The staff are really kind and you can get your food in time. Highly recommend this place

The best restaurant we have ever beene to in the Tátra. The workers were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We are from Hungary so we were treated very badly by the people in this country. But not in this restaurant. We were treated as friends. So we returned here every night to eat good food and spend a nice evening. One of the waiters even spoke a little hungarian, we apprecieted it. Thank you for the hospitality, when we will come to the Tátra next time we will return to this amazing restaurant. The garlic soup is amazing. Also the hungarian stew with knédly was delicious.

Not an expensive place to drink and dine or snack and enjoy the company of the barman with a specific character. Food is local and well prepared. It will surprise you with simplicity and wonderful taste. It is just over the Beer Point. (or better to say, the Beer Point is under the restaurant's terrace).
I truly recommend paying a visit there not once. You can just relax there with local beer during a rest hour and enjoy snacks or come in for stronger local drinks and try some local dishes. I would love to come back here if one day I come skiing in the resort.

Nice traditional food, nice service - nice place!

In the last 72 hours, we attempted to eat here 4 times! The food is that good. Simple but complete menu— Sheep’s cheese dumplings were light but incredibly flavorful and rich. Must have! Hungarian goulash and gnocchi were also very good. Restaurant staff were genuine and thoughtful and very welcoming. They were patient and accommodating with us, especially given that we were able to only speak English. Highly recommend!

We went to the restaurant for lunch with our kids. The place is small, but cozy. The food was very good and the portions were pretty big. The prices are not very high. The service was very good. Thank you!

Great homey place with friendly staff and delicious food. We had brynzové halušky and they were sooo good! The beer and the view was great as well. We will be back!

Excellent, traditional food, cordial service and in English!

Ot seems that the place has just opened. We’ve eaten here 3 times already and it was delicious. Vegetarian options available or you can ask to make things vegetarian :) Highly recommend.

Creamy garlic soup is creamy, beer is 0.5L 12% and just 2,5€, Meat is big, Potato chips is chipsy, Buchta is juicy. Hospitality is multilingual. Localilty is local.🔥👌👌✅✅✅
