Amazing hotel! Most definitely recommend if you're staying in Kosice. Very welcoming and efficient checking in. The room was available early for us which was great. The room is amazing. A private sauna. A jacuzzi bath. Two huge bedrooms with comfortable beds. All amenities. Four televisions! The hotel itself is very nice. Breakfast was good and the coffee was great. We got a nice welcome drink of martini also. The location is good. Just off the old town centre. We have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels but this could be the best. For the price is amazing value. Would recommend.

Staff is absolutely fantastic. They tend to every our need. Even dishes for our dog were waiting in the living room. We love it here. Perfect location and best service.

Excellent apartment hotel - we had an all-around great stay at CITY Residence. The staff was wonderful. Parking was easy. The room was large, clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good too. Would 100% stay again when back in Košice.

We had absolutely amazing stay at City apartments. Myself and 2 friends travelled to Slovakia for concert. We booked 2 nights in luxury apartments and it was great. Easy booking and checking in experience. Breakfast had to be prebooked and was prepared exactly on time requested. It was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment had everything we needed and much more, we even managed to use our private sauna. We will definitely be coming back in the future and would recomend to everyone. Thank you to all lovely members of the staff who works there and made our experience really enjoyable.

A real gem in a gem city. The receptionist who is occasionally acts as barmen or waitress will wellcome You with a great smile and campary. Then she will lead You to Your accommodation that looks like a real apartment includes three full rooms with a well equipped kitchen. A wellcome plate of fruits, biscuits and tea bags wait for you in the living room followed by a local vine bootle. Two 42 intch TV sets in living and bed room respectively. You order breakfast the night before from a selection of plates, each with different setup of delicatessen. You have a choice of getting it in your room or in the terrace or the cafe near reception. The beds are perfect. No lift but for their first floor it's really not needed.

The best service! They served us even after having cleaned up and almost closed. Very good cakes and a nice choice of fresh juices. Also a bit hidden and therefore not crowded.

An excellent hotel. the room that we had was very large, nice & comfortable, the stuff were very nice, so thanks them we had a very pleasant stay, the location of the hotel is superb. there's a free parking near the hotel. highly recommended!

Very nice hotel. Clean room, convenient location to old town, free bottle of wine, tasty breakfast, and, to top it all off, a free martini when we arrived. I will definitely come back.

Feels like home or even better. I got a bottle of wine for free. Also you can order any of 15 kinds of
breakfast directly to your apartment for free.

Hotel 200 m od hlavnej ulice kde ste hneď v centre diania. Izby čisté a vkusne a moderne zariadené. Personál veľmi milý a promptne reagoval na naše otázky a požiadavky.

Absolútna spokojnosť. Všetko čo sme chceli vidieť sme mali v pešej dostupnosti 15minút. Izba nádherná. Sauna , vírivá vaňa, zariadená kuchynka,biokrb, televízor v obývacej časti aj v spálni, vkusné zariadenie, pred apartmánom biliard. Parkovanie kúsok od ubytovania, príjemné slečny na recepcii aj v kaviarni. Raňajky tip-top na izbu presne na minútu, poobedný snack tiež potešil. Naozaj veľmi príjemný a útulný komplex, ktorému nič nechýbalo a už teraz sa tešíme ,keď prídeme v letnom období - iné ubytovanie už ani nebudeme hľadať :)
