Pension & Restaurant U koníka Liptovský Ján

My stay at Penzion u Konika was great. The owner of the Penzion prepared the place well to accommodate a large group that I travelled with. The rooms had great amenities and we had everything that we needed. The location is well situated with walkable paths in the area, including one to the natural springs right in Liptovsky Jan. There are many other activities in the Liptov region close to this village, making the Penzion well located. The views were also nice. I would like to thank the owner for deducting the price for the breakfast meals when two of my group members did not show up. This was very much appreciated, and I certainly recommend staying at Penzion u Konika. All the best!

Great place. Tomas is very kind.

Small but very familiar restaurant, only a few table but they have a fantastic kids corner.
The foods are very tasty, big portions, not an expensive place.
The only problem they don't speak English, but it was not a big problem, we could understand each other.
They accept credit cards.

This is a perfect accomodation to start hiking into the lower Tatra. The friendly owner, Tomas, speaks english and does everything to make you feel at home. The rooms are large and there is a kitchen available for guests. At ground floor there is a cosy in and outdoor bistro if you don't want to cook yourself.

It is lovely place for the families with little and older children - any age from baby. Older children can play at the great playground and parents can relax. We have really enjoyed the staying in and would like to return. There are many nice places to visit near by.
